Not open to the public and such horrible attitude over the phone. I usually watch Coastal Supplies videos and order from them. But after talking with them on the phone, NEVER AGAIN. That man who answered was very rude and condescending. They are also NOT open to the public as a walk nor to pick up..useless with bad attitude.

Be very cautious if you need the fast shipping they boast about. Same day shipping if ordered by 7 p.m. means if ordered WELL before 7 p.m. and then it still doesn't ship for 2 more days. STILL waiting on an order placed on the 23rd and I'm one day ship away.

I wanted to start buying supplies but decided against this company when they pick & choose which items they offer free shipping on even though it says "Free Shipping +$149"!! Why on Earth would I pay over $100 for shipping on a $200 order?? I understand costs have increased but they have NOT increased that much!!!

I ordered a new sublimation printer from Coastal Business and noticed while unpacking that one of the connections moved freely inside the machine. When I contacted support about how to proceed when it seemed there was damage to the machine, their response was simply that they consider that "normal." The box they sent had been opened and taped shut again with additional supplies that came with the order inside which used up the space that is supposed to act as a buffer while it is transported. Honestly I would not have ordered from them if I had known that was how they would be packing it, and they gave no indication they would help if I ran into any issues with the machine. I was able to confirm with the company that makes the printer that they see that the issue I found they see frequently and they consider it to be a design flaw. If there is an issue with the function I will be able to follow up with them. I would have given 5 stars, but I was not impressed with how Coastal Business handled my concern.

I absolutely love ordering from Coastal Business Supplies! They have excellent quality and fast shipping! I rarely order from anyone else, because I truly can't beat their prices, quality, and quick turnaround. When I did have an item damaged in delivery, customer service jumped right in and solved the issue immediately!

I normally do not write reviews. However this company deserves one from me and my company for delivering great products, and giving great customer service on a consistent bases. I have been using Coastal Business Supplies for almost 3 years now. They are one of few (If not the only now) that sells my preferred sublimation paper, not to mention they provide free same day shipping if I spend $149+. Their prices are affordable, compared to other suppliers, even with the rising inflation everyone has been experiencing lately. I rarely have had any issues, but when I did they have been so quick to resolve them. They have a life long customer!

Coastal Business has the best customer service of any company I have ever worked with. I am a repeated customer and will continually go back to them for so many reasons. They are prompt to reply to any questions that I have, their products are excellent, their shipping speed is exceptional, and they keep their inventory stocked throughout the entire year. I have a small business that relies heavily on December sales, and they still provide the inventory that I need even during that very busy month. I will recommend the folks at Coastal Business to everyone I know.

Coastal Business is excellent. Their products are amazing and I can't sing the praises of their shipping enough. Everything I have ordered has come well-packaged, unbroken, and sublimates beautifully. Their customer service is so nice and helpful. I will continue to order all of my sublimation materials from them.

I have been using coastal for a while now. Everything is always timely and great. I wanted to say also that recently I received several damaged mugs - transport issues of course not coastals fault - but I have to tell you that they handled my issue immediately and sent out replacements to me with no hassle at all. I think this is one of the most important qualities of a great company and worth noting. They had me as a customer already but they kept me as one indefinitely after the way they handled that issue.
