It has been more than 2 months since I started the claim with this place to replace a mattress under warranty period it was only 4 years old when it started leaking on a seam. I had to threaten a lawsuit to get them to call me back and email me Now it appears they will not refund my money or give me a mattress I have had to purchase a new mattress out of my pocket so it looks like I will be following through with lawsuit here in California Don't waste your time with these people they no longer stand behind their products

Have an issue with my waterbed leaking air but no loss of water. Discovered there was a small seam around the filler cap in the mattress that was letting air in. Called back in march and never heard back, sent an email in November and never heard back, sent another email with a link to a video I made showing the air bubbles in the filler nozzle, still no word. Yes, I can understand being short staffed because of the virus, but really? I just got the mattress around this time last year, soooooo.....

Poor communication. Takes your money then delays shipment. as much as they say they will notify you when it ships they don't unless you send them rude email. Not a great company.
