Man at the counter was very rude when I asked where the drop cloths were. They’re labeled in aisle 8 and he condescendingly said did you look because they’re on the wall in aisle six. Instead of sitting behind the counter all day maybe you could actually help your guests find what they’re looking for and relabel the aisles instead of of talking down on someone.

Worst service EVER!! Called ahead and was told they cut keys and when I arrived they didn't want to cut a key..local business owner one block away and have spent thousands of dollars here and the black guy at the front is super rude every time ...not anymore!! Taking all of my business to another location. Would give a zero if I could

Great small hardware store with lots of great finds. And they have the cheapest bird seed you'll likely find in town. They are always very helpful and ready to answer any questions too. Great local place, and much better than the big box stores.

When I walked in I saw an extremely clean store. I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. The two gentlemen at the counter immediately started looking and could not find the part in stock which is a really hard part to find. They checked their catalog which had many things close to it but no go. There were many things I was impressed with including personalized service and I could see that the associate genuinely liked what he was doing. The store appears small from the outside but when you walk in you see well stocked shelves very neatly organized and a great variety of items as well.When I make it back up to Brentwood I will stop in because of the nice impression the gentleman made. It is a store You shouldn't pass up. Check it out and see if they can help you. I would like to thank you guys for an awesome experience.
