I was directed to this location as it being an Authorized dealer to get the phone and plan I was looking for. As the employee asked what it was I was needing,3 he saw I had an iPhone in my hand. I was explaining I wanted to port my number to receive the best deal .. he was all too eager to help with that until I stated I was looking to purchase the Samsung A54 5G, which cost $19.99 if you port your current number over. He immediately, while shuddering started to say no, but asked what carrier I was coming from. I told him Boost as he walked to his PC. He then told me how he entered in my phone number and it revealed that my phone number was not eligible for the promo and that phone would cost me $250 as a new customer. Little did this guy know that the day previously I had went to a different location and had that all checked and was good to port and begin service. I ended up going back to the MetroPCS in St Charles, Mo because it was the only location out of 5 that didn’t lie or add in unnecessary extras to my bill…

My customer service person was amazing. She was helpful knowledgeable and kind. I left with an affordable phone since I am on social security that works perfectly for my needs.

Terrible store! My phone froze up, took it to store to see if they could help. Both employees tried with no luck (am now doubtful they even tried). Had to buy new phone, AMAZINGLY, they were able to unfreeze old phone AFTER I bought new one! Then sold me a screen cover and case. Cover too small, case too big. My receipt fell behind counter on employees side, so it got swept up. Then tried to return case, am still playing phone tag with these people. Personally, don't think I needed new phone in 1st place.mine was less than a year old!!! They are quick to take your money, but you have to jump through hoops to get a refund!!! Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache!!Update: to the manager who is sorry for my trouble and hopes I will give them another chance... please ask your employees to answer the phone and return calls!! I'm still waiting for my $$$ back! This is not funny! UPDATE:Spoke to the ladies at TMobile, got my $$$ back! Thank you so much!

Horrible management!!! Lost five lines for the company !! After searching for days to find 2 iPhones +3 more phones in the same store finally found them at the store the excellent employee put them on hold .Unfortunately when I arrived I was informed that despite the fact that the manager knew they were on Hold and I had a scheduled pick up time he/she had taken 1 of the phones and It would be at least a week before new one could be received !!

10 Teet was the best employee and most knowledgeable person.Not to mention a fantastic, personable, and a pleasure to be around. My sister and myself even went and purchased her Subway lunch for her. This girl not only deserves a raise but a plaque of some sort. She was the best.

Do not reccomend this place, horrible service.. Owner is delusional, and doesn't understand the american way of business and can't speak english worth a darn to understand. Also conducts business backwards, place is a total trash. Get a normal phone from somewhere else.

I visited this location for a simple phone swap the person at the counter was as rude as can be basically refused to help me I'm switching to Boost Mobile based by that experience

Bought a phone case from them. Tried to return it the next day but they said they are not taking returns because of the pandemic. At no point was that told to me before I bought the case. It even says on the receipt that you have 14 days to return items. Go to a different metro store.

I went to upgrade my phone to the Samsung A20, the store did not have a working phone that I could check out. The owner was very rude when I asked to see a working phone out the box, he refused abruptly. A few seconds later another customer came in, he rushed over to help them, like I wasn't even standing there. I left and went to the Metro location on S Kings highway and Devonshire, where I was helped by a very helpful and friendly young lady. That store has the more popular phones live on display. She had me switched over and out the door in less then 30 minutes. Don't waist your time at that store on Manchester.
