Only reason I didnt give 5 star is because the car clearly came from auction not their rental fleet. Prior routine maintenance was lacking Enterprises normal care. Sales experience was wonderful though.

My Insurance had a huge screw up regarding my claim and my rental a while back. I ended up being charged for my rental a ton, but as soon as I got in touch with these guys, they began to smooth everything over. I'm still waiting on seeing how much I get back, but the manager Alex handled me great, calmed me down, and made sure to keep an open line of communication. If you need someone to help you and genuinely care, speak to him! Him and Lauren there have been absolutely fantastic during my time of business here. Thanks guys!!

Just got my car in April from The Kingshighway location but I know some of their people have moved to this location since they have changed to a rental location. My transmission is going out and has to be replaced. It’s so unfair that I was sold a car for $19,000 with a bad transmission. Get your own diagnostic tests done after you buy anything from enterprise. I wish I would’ve done that and returned it the next day!
