Avoid this place! I took a down coat and some blazers to be cleaned and they came back not clean and with a bad smell. I had them redone and they were still not clean. They also put holes in a $600 coat and refused to do anything about it. They said they can’t even refund my charges because it’s not guaranteed that items will be clean.

Connie at Dierberg's/Tessin Ferry is the best! any of the other employees really don't care to give you much service. I quit going for awhile and had to go back, Connie provided excellent assistance and I'm a regular customer again.

THE ARE IDENTIFY THEIVES!!! PLEASE DO NOT PROMOTE, USE OR SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE STEALING IDENTITIES, SSN AND HURTING MANY!! I WAS INFORMED TWO DAYS AGO ABOUT MY EARNINGS FROM THEIR ANNUAL QUARTERLY REPORTS. REALLY? NEVER HAVE I STEPPED THROUGH THE BUSINESS DOORS OR EVEN THE STATE OF MISSOURI YET I AM AN EMPLOYEE? WHEN I CALLED JOHN HE WAS POLITE TIL HE WASN'T. A DAY LATER AND HE HAS NO RECOLLECTION OF OUR CONVERSATIONS! ST. LOUIS'S SHERRIF SAID IT IS HUGE PROBLEM THERE!! PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND HELP PROTECT ME AND FUTURE VICTIMS! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME A BUSINESS IN MISSOURI HAS DONE THIS TO ME (both dry cleaners). FIRST IN 2O15 AND NOW 2021. I use American Cleaners all the time. I have become acquainted with two of the attendants and we also say a friendly hello to each other. On my last visit, the manager was assisting at the front desk. When I said I preferred to be checked out by the other attendant to say hello to her, he was rude and said the staff didn't have time to speak. There was work to do. I am sorry this offended him, it takes no extra h=time for the staff person to say hello as they write the ticket. It is unfortunate he has such a manner, it does not prompt me to return to that cleaners, especially if I see him again.

If there was a way to give this place zero stars, I would. I brought my comforter in 2 weeks ago to get it cleaned and the guy working the front desk didn’t say hello, didn’t ask any questions about what needed to be done....actually he didn’t even say one word to me nor look at me.Sadly my cat just peed on my comforter and I had to bring it in again and the guy working the front was a different person and he was even worse then the one I had 2 weeks prior. I explained to him what happened and he basically told me they don’t do anything special to clean pet stains, they don’t spot treat and when I asked them what they would actually do, he got MAJOR attitude with me to the point where I had to ask him if there was some kind of problem.The manager came out to tell me how they will clean it and she was nice.That being said, I will NEVER bring my business back to them, my last 2 experiences have been AWFUL.

Horrible. They ruined my clothes with splatters of red dye, then blamed me. They also stole two dresses. If you're ever in that h*llhole, and they switch tickets and use a different color, RUN - WITH YOUR CLOTHES!!
