This is the second time my daughter and I have stayed at this property when passing through. BOTH times this hotel has been great, the staff have always been professional, welcoming, warm and helpful. After we checked in, there was a slight problem with our TV and Ali came up from the front desk and got it sorted out.The hotel room and lobby areas have always been clean, the room is quiet.Saltgrass restaurant next door is good food and after traveling its nice to be able to walk next door for good food.Highly and easily recommend staying here!

Jonathan at the front desk is personable, kind, and attentive! He makes sure we have everything we need every morning!The wonderful bartender amber is amazing! Rooms were clean and beds were okay. Staff was friendly. Not too much problem getting off interstate and to motel. Located within walking distance of a couple restaurants. A lot of construction workers staying here. I guess due to small kitchen available in rooms. Good place to stay.

I stayed here for 4 days during the Beyonce Concert. There was a flood in New York and my flight was canceled last minute. Therefore, I had to drive to Kansas City... which set me back a day for my scheduled reservation.I was worried that my room would be taken due to the demand of the show. However, Alexus from the front desk assured me my room will be held. As promised, my room was held and I had the pleasure of meeting her. She greeted us well, was very professional, and polite. She set my initial mental tone of the hotel. However, I thought the whole staff was great. If I needed anything, the staff was willing to accommodate in any way. As far as the room, it was standard and roomy. I personally loved that the kitchenette had a full-sized refrigerator and there were ample amounts of towels in the bathroom. I did get a chance to visit the pool... it was heated, so that's a plus. The outdoor area has a firepit... great for late-night conversations... It also has a BBQ grill. Besides that, there are plenty of nearby food options to choose from... I enjoyed dining at Salt Grass. I came here with my boyfriend but this is a great hotel for travel workers and families.

Great location in liberty. Stayed here for business trip for a week. Staff were helpful. Housekeeping excellent and a comfortable room for my weeks stay.

Listen... these suites are smaller than a cabin in a cruise ship. I couldn't even open my luggage. The living room furniture is crunched up and stacked on top of itself in a corner.To make it worse the service is not great. TownePlace should have never been out here. I liked the location but you can see the cars so close to your window, I was on the top floor the bottom floors are blocked by the hill for the off-ramp.

Stayed 4 weeks while in town for work and the staff here is amazing. Everything is kept super clean and They have all the amenities that you can need. The laundry room was a little outdated and still needed quarters but the machines work great and clean well. The GYM is well stocked for what you need. And it was a really good breakfast every morning. Highly recommend. Check them out if you want a place with a kitchen when staying in Liberty. Also can walk to a lot of shops and restaurants.Walkability: Super walkable with Natural Grocers, Academy and multiple restaurants within walking distance. Even a CVS that I walked to while here if you don't mind a little of a walk.

Yes, the hotel is super clean and nicely located off the Highway. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance and shopping. The bar has limited hours inside the hotel so ask the front desk. The front desk staff was great. The morning breakfast was quick and good.

This has become our "go-to" hotel when we come to Kansas City. People are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are nice and very clean. Good breakfast buffet. Nice having eateries and shops within walking distance. Within 20 minutes of airport.

A great hotel for our Liberty visits. Very clean, convenient and the staff is so helpful and trustworthy! I recently left multiple chargers in a bag, in the room. After realizing 12 hours later, I called the next morning and Laura said they had been found and they were holding them for me. I’m not sure that would have happened everywhere! The only reason I rated 4 stars on room is that there is no longer silverware provided. While I understand why it wasn’t provided during Covid protocols, it’s hard to use the kitchenette without silverware to eat with. We would still highly recommend and will stay again. This was the absolute worst place I ever been too. Sheets were disgusting,, brown spots and red stains, with a lot of lent, bathroom had a ver bad odor, and Rub whoever she is, was ridiculous, I mean the good thing was the custodian and there proper knock on the door to the the sheets. Good lord, never here again.
