I was not happy with my service at all! When I went I was the only car that pulled in. A worker directed me to go to lane 2 to wait. After a few minutes two more cars came to wait in line, and they went to lane 1 and 3. Lane 1 garage door opened and the car that came in after me went in. Then 5 minutes later lane 3 garage door opened and the other car who came after me went in. At this point I was furious because this is a first come first serve and clearly this was not true. I expressed my frustration to the worker about what happened and all she could say was “sorry”. This is not how you treat your costumers. I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore.

Was smelling something bad thought my oil was bad so I went to get an oil change they popped the hood and it's my battery smoking so there is nothing they can do but overall the staff was excellent and awesome and I totally recommend this place for exelent service, bad day for me cause mow I need a battery but their service is awesome and they will be receiving my service every time from here on out. Thank you all for being patient with me. If I could give it 0 starts I would, God awful. Charged us $76 for an oil change when my oil life was literally at 99 percent(I got one less than 24 hours prior). Now they’re saying I can’t even get a refund for something I didn’t even need.Save yourself the time and money, never come here.

It was good service don’t get me wrong, but they weren’t thorough with the whole oil change. Like showing me the air filter that needed to be replaced.It was very clear and there was no way to not hear the worker’s gossip and what they were more focused on.Aside from that, it wasn’t bad.

Do not go here. I bought a car recently annd had the oil changed to top off the fluids and Make sure everything was alright. I have a pre purchase inspection of KC Auto Solutions that shows no issues with my vehicle, as well as the report from Valvoline saying that all of my parts look great and were in new condition. Immediately after going to this location my car began to leak quarts of oil. I had my car taken to Firestone to diagnose these issues. In firestones report they acknowledge damage to my oil filter as well as it being entirely messy and needing to be replaced despite me having an oil change and new oil filter installed by Valvoline the week before.Firestone and the toyota dealership in Merriam came to the conclusion that due to an improperly installed oil filter, my engine blew up due to a lack of oil and metal shavings throughout (which weren’t seen or documented by the dealership before purchase, by the independent pre inspection by KC Auto, or by Valvoline themselves. They will not help you, or work with you at all. I requested two meetings with the area manager or the owner and all meetings were denied.They tried to send me $140 on February 19th 2024 to cover the work that Firestone did to try and repair my vehicle, but ultimately I’m being left with an $8000 bill by the dealership because of valvolines mistake and the damages done to my vehicle because of their poor craftsmanship.I Will most likely have to get lawyers involved because the manager Jacob Ferguson has refused to accept my evidence, or the opinions of two AES certified mechanics. Absolutely shameful how valvoline treats their customers. Do not ever step foot in this location if you value your car!

Crowded day, really slow, crazy customer ahead of me wouldn’t leave, not Valvoline’s fault but I couldn’t leave either, trapped by the line. Nice employees, oil was evidently fine. My stupid minivan has to have its oil sucked out the top, no bottom cap, so I guess that’s great no leak but gotta have the oil vacuum now, V can do that.

My girlfriend brought her car in for a simple oil change today. The lady she spoke with recommended a full synthetic oil change NOT TELLING HER THAT IT WOULD BE AN EXTRA COST…. My girlfriend not knowing much at all about automotive maintenance said ok. They never once gave her a price breakdown before performing the oil change. The experience was ended with a quite shocking total of $108 and some change… I called and asked why it was so much and got the run around, back pedaling, and what I believe to be flat out lies from the “senior technician” acting as manager because the manager leaves at 4:30… He called the real manager who to ask if they could give my girlfriend a refund… I was told the manager said “ She agreed to the service, we will not be giving a refund.”Of course she agreed when nobody told her the cost!!!! This place is a joke and I will be making calls to whoever I need to until this is made right.. You can’t just take advantage of people and get away with it!!!

$55 for a conventional oil change is too much.This is a push/pull for me. They were very fast and thorough. I counted 8 workers for 3 bays and there had to be at least 1 in the pit. So, you get fast, thorough service but your paying for a lot of staff. It doesn't take 2 people to read and verify the oil level on the dipstick while a 3rd person is ringing you up.Conflicted.

They do a decent oil change, but the system they have for getting cars in is kind of weird. Cars piled up and then someone has to come outside and rearrange everyone in the order they showed up. some bays move quicker than the others. It’s like musical chairs.
