I have my mortgage with US Bank and recently had storm damage to my house. US Bank requires that the initial insurance check so I was required to have them sign it prior to depositing it in my US Bank account. The loan officer lacked either knowledge on what needed to be done in order for her to endorce it or she was simply trying to be difficult. She told me that I needed a detailed breakout of the claims which is true; however, I live 20 mins away and asked if I could mail it and she responded "sorry, that's our policy". I called the mortgage department and they told me that as long as I had specific information (which I had a letter with a high-level breakdown from the insurance company), she could have endorced it and deposited it, but I would need to email it or mail it in. This woman was incredibly rude, lacked knowledge, and not customer focussed at all. I would not recommend using US Bank. It's not the first time, I've had to make multiple trips due to lack of information or they forgot to have me sign something.

I made an appointment for 10AM to speak to a representative and manage some of my accounts. I arrived at 9:55AM and Brianna McCarter helped me. She was fantastic! She helped me close some accounts and upgrade another. I left at 10AM. Quick and helpful service!

The worst experience I have had with a bank! If you can manage everything online you are fine but if you need to see the teller expect to wait over 30+ minutes. There was only 1 teller helping a line of customers. Multiple people in offices walked by to see the line but didn’t offer to help. Ready to take my banking experience somewhere else.

They were very busy and the teller was still in a good mood. Didn't realize everyone kept their money here. I thought most people kept their money in a mattress.

I have been a US bank customer my whole life. Nothing has made me want to switch banks more than this location. We have lived in the area for 5 years and the ATM is always an issue. Yet I have never have an issue finding a working ATM at any other location. It will be out of service for weeks at a time and then get repaired and still not work. It’s a joke.

They never, ever, answer their phone (which they should as a business), and one girl in particular should be a bit kinder to the customers, but an okay location.

ATM machine didnt work for weeks. New ATM machine today had no cash. I get in line for the window before noon, service is very slow, I pull up to the window and the woman closes the shade as I pull up even though I was already in line. The service inside is always extremely slow. Their poor service has me considering leaving US Bank.

20+ min in line to see a teller, multiple people walked out in that time. No banker at a desk or in an office could care less. Rude teller tried to charge a ridiculous amount for a simple transaction. Walked out, called us bank and they had it done with 1 min (lesson learned). So this isn’t a us bank problem, but a branch problem. Given the rest of these reviews, looks like corporate needs to make some big changes because the current situation is not working. There is a reason why I try to do my banking at other branches because this experience is not new.

Hands down worst bank I have ever gone to. I would give negative 5 stars if I could. The wait is 45+ minutes, the tellers are rude and the most incompetent people I have ever experienced. I dread having to go here. Every single time I try to drop off a deposit there is something “wrong”. I cannot tell you how many times I have been told there is not enough money just for them to count it 6 more times and realize there is the correct amount. Not one person who works here knows how to use a calculator or their brain to count! It’s so ridiculous, I leave here every time so frustrated with the stupidity that I deal with. Not to mention the teller needing my birthday to cash a check, typing it in wrong and insisting they can’t cash it. Just type it in correctly and there would be no issue. Seriously, don’t bank here.

There was a bank teller white chubby, attending she is extremely rude unprofessional and needs to learn customer service. I saw there was a new black lovely bank teller she showed more professionalism that of her trainee. I don’t need to put her name out there because you will know who I’m talking about.

VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Not even going to give a back story. The ATM is consistently down and the lack of training the tellers present is pathetic! I’ll be pulling my money and going else where.

Wow they force you to use their automated system and then you have the pleasure to listen through a series of commercials that you can't opt out of. Then at the system cuts you off! Great Than I called the back and they said they didn't have inside answering the phone. One star is being generous!

I went inside and the staff was very friendly and fast. I could see there was a little bit of a wait at the drive thru. They only had three people working behind the counter when you could see they could easily use a fourth. Iam not sure if they are under new management or what happened, but last two times I've been there the people seem to be more professional, faster, and polite. My experience going there has definitely improved and I'm starting not to dread it like I used to. Keep up the good work! I hope you are able to keep the employees that you have happy so they will stay.
