Worst internet service. Having to call multiple times a week or month while my internet goes out up to 12 hours at a time. Or when the company decides to just cutoff your internet for “regularly scheduled maintenance”. And they’re lousy credits of $1.00 when your internet is out for a day when it is happening all of the time. Closing my account and guess I’m paying double for google Fiber so that I can actually have a reliable internet. I’m done!

This company is vey misleading. Only told partial information to guide its customers into a larger bill and get nothing for it. They have shady sales reps and don't care about logic or their customers.

The customer service I received from associate Cort was beyond professional and compassionate. I was having HUGE difficulty getting my 82 year old mothers service disconnected due to a terminal illness and having to move her to a higher level of care. She has been a patron of Spectrum for over 20 years. After MANY phone calls and numerous times being transferred over a 10 day period and doing EVERYTHING that I was told to do I was informed that I had to go to a store "in person" to show ID and all the information that I had already mailed, scanned and emailed previously. I was an emotional wreck when I came in and there was Cort. He was apologetic for the trouble I had endured during this process and assisted me with ease, expeditiously, and compassionately. Such professionalism! What may seem simple to some may be something life changing to another. Cort has no idea how his professional, compassionate interaction helped me solve something that was weighing huge on my family and myself. I will be forever grateful. Great customer service is STILL out there, it's just a shame it's so hard to find these days.

Went to the store to return equipment and look at new phones to buy. No phones were on display. Rep said they were to busy to get the phones out. There were 3 or 4 reps in the store, 3 of them standing around doing nothing! Saturday hours are 10-6, we were there around 1.

Staff was rude and had no intention of resolving an issue. I asked for them to logon and look at my account. They refused. Asked to speak to the manager and was told that this store does not have a manager.

I love the internet service. Never any issues w my bill and my daughter loves her cell phone service too... Love them. Sometimes they are very slow in the store but they are very busy. I love the company. Very easy to deal with

What can I say? There better than any other cable / communication provider in the area. Some might disagree those who do enjoy your contracts and high bills. No contracts with Spectrum...
