!!!DONT BUY THE FISH!!!Im so dissatisfied right now. I have a beautiful multi-colored goldfish and got 2 more to add to the tank. When I was picking the goldfish i pointed out how one looked like it had Ick (white spots disease that kills fish) and the employee told me it most likely wasn’t and so I bought the fish. Today one of my fish is floating and the 2 others have white spots. When a customer points out how a animal looks sick, the employee should focus on the care of the animal rather than the sale. I will no longer be buying fish here since they always come sick.

I booked a grooming for my Lili with Rylee. She cancel twice during the past week. I did understand...we all have emergencies.Finally, I took my 13 years old Lili at 1:15 pm today. I went to the store at 3:45 pm to picked her up and Rylee said...she is not ready. Come back in 2 hours.??????.I said " give my dog back NOW".I am furious!They did nothing on her...worst service ever!.IT WAS ANIMAL ABUSE.My Lili was thirsty, anxious and sad.

Took my dog to get a bath and brush. I asked when he will be ready & the lady said it will be around 5pm. I get a call at 3:30 an hour after his appointment and was asked to pick him up. I already had another appointment for my son. I told her I thought she said around 5. She said they close at 5. But the website says they close at 6pm. She called me again at 4:30. I told her I was close and on my way. Regardless it was annoying. I get there. My dog didn’t look like he had a wash at all. He still had crust in his eyes. His nose looked dirty. He smells and feels the same. I want my money back and I will never come to this location again!

I went in for dog food that I ordered for my dog with allergies. Emily was very informative about which foods would be best for this. She took time with me, and explained things I didn’t know to look for with dog food ingredients. She also recommended a couple other foods I could try, if my dogs itching persisted. I feel she really went above and beyond, helping me. I would highly recommend this Pet smart for your pets needs.

Took my dog in to be groomed. They said 3-4 hours, it only took 1 1/2 hours. They did not shave his head, I asked just for his mustache to be unshaved. His shave was completely uneven. She asked us to come in early so she would have more time for my dog but by the time I get there to pick him up she already had another dog on her grooming table. I feel she was in a rush to get out, and didn't take the proper time with my dog. We had to re-shave him later on. They didn't even bath him. Worst experience 100% not worth the $50 that I spent

This has to be the worst pet store I have ever encountered. In addition don't ever order anything online and have it delivered ever they are horrible. One good thing about being a consumer you don't have to shop there and I never will

Took my dog in to get groomed on Wednesday and I was called to be told that they wouldn’t be able to complete the service for my dog. Apparently she was attacking the water hose and freaking out biting the water but not aggressive towards the groomers. Took my dog to another groomer who is 30mins away from us and they took video while bathing her and she did nothing like that. She is an American Bully and two years old. The sweetest dog ever. I definitely do not recommend there services and I also will not be shopping there again.

It was good. The store was clean. They didn't have the product I wanted but had something along the lines for substitution. The cashier was very polite and quick about checking me out. There were 3 or 4 in line, so she called for backup.

Absolute worst grooming experience we've ever had. First, during the drop off, the groomer was extremely rude to us, judgemental, and yanking around our one timid dog. Paid $225 to have our Goldendoodle and Bernedoodle groomed, which I get it, they're bigger dogs. They came back with the most atrocious haircuts, shaved down to the skin. I'd understand more if they were matted, but they weren't. What hair they did leave on the head is completely uneven. Our Goldendoodle came back with 2 inch sores behind his ears. Very poor grooming and just rude employees
