Reserved an SUV through Costco travel- atlas or something similar. Got to the lot and it’s a dodge Durango, not happy but there’s no other options on the lot. When I went to check out was told there’d be an additional $300 deposit, did not agree to this and wanted to know where in my rental agreement it stated the charge. Guy unhelpful and walked off. As I was attempting to review the agreement, I was hearing multiple other customers coming in and being turned down bc they didn’t have the vehicles the customers reserved. I ended up canceling my reservation due to no one assisting me or answering my questions. This location is poorly ran, it’s not surprising you had so many upset customers.

I had great service at both the Raytown and Lee’s Summit locations. Donavan in Raytown and Alexander at the Lee’s summit stores went out of their way to help.

I had a great experience with LS Enterprise. I reserved a vehicle for a vacation - when I arrived the vehicle was ready and the staff was friendly. No issues with vehicle during duration of rental. Easy return process.

I had yet another convenient, efficient rental with Enterprise. The staff at the Lee's Summit office will get you in and out in just a few minutes. Kudos to the general manager ( whom I met, apologies for forgetting his name) and the friendly, efficient staff! I will be back.

I wish zero stars was an option. This location lacks training/knowledge and accountability. My insurance rented this car for me and I prepaid for the gas. The repairs kept getting pushed pack so my need for the car kept getting extended meaning I had to keep putting gas in the car. I called to see if they would work with me on the gas or if I needed to try to use as much as possible. I was fine with either answer but I need to know so I could act accordingly. Kiersten told me that they could work with me under the circumstances and would note that in my account. After my car had been returned I did not see any adjustments regarding the gas. I called and spoke to someone new on the phone. He was going to have Kiersten call me back since he did not know what she had in mind. A week later without a call back I called again. I spoke to someone that said what she told me was not correct and that they could not adjust anything on that price unless they charge me for the higher price fuel when they filled it up. That lead to a $3 refund but they couldn’t do anything else even though I was told differently and it was noted that I was. I called right back to ask that Kiersten call me back since she was not in the office still to figure out what she was thinking when she provided false promises. I was told that they were going to text her to call me when she gets back into the office. 1-1.5 months later still no call back from Kiersten. I called to see if she even still worked there. I was informed that she does but again was not in the office today. I spoke with a manager and he told me that there was nothing that he could do since it had been to long and that they couldn’t do anything about the price even though I was told differently. I would not recommend taking your business here.

I had 3 reservations last week thru them, 2 of which I called in advance to make sure I was going to get a car. 0 cars is the exact number of cars they had for me in 3 reservations from 3 different locations that told me they had one.I spend more on Uber to not get a car, then I would have for a week car rental.There is a special room in hell for enterprise. They get 2 stars because 1 of their employees was genuinely sad for me, and left me feeling like he cared.

Would give them 0 stars! Management sucks. Made a reservation 2 days prior over the phone and arrived the day of and then they told me I didn’t have a reservation and would have to wait another week!

If you dont have a credit card and 500$ on it, regardless if you have cash or debit.. even in a 100$ rental, than they will turn you away!It was easier for me renting a 26' Box struck from Pensky than these guys.Thanks for ruining my days plans. I'll be sure to not come back unless I absolutely have to!

I reserved a full size vehicle over a month before my trip, got there and was offered a compact size vehicle because they were out of full size.I just want to thank Kirsten Mims for making it right for me and upgraded me for no extra charge.My trip was comfortable and roomy!Thank you Kirsten

They were to pick up my rental at a car dealership 6 days ago. After many calls to corporate and the store, it still wasn't retrieved. I finally had to drive over 3 hrs round trip to deliver the car the 2 miles between the dealership and store because they said they couldn't find it on the dealership lot. It was in the front row. I'm giving them a 3 star rating because the associate at the store was very friendly and apologetic. The manager was also very apologetic and took care of the charges I had received. But 3 hours of my life and 200+ miles on my car to take care of something easily solved. An enterprise associate had told me just to call and have it picked up; it was not an assumption on my part.

I have had several rentals in Sept. and Oct. and the service has always been excellent. I had an issue with one of the cars and the Lee's Summit office took the initiative and resolved it for me. Triston, Donovan, Beck, Elizabeth, the drivers who picked me up and the other employees that assisted me(sorry, I don't remember everyone's names!) were all phenomenal. I will be back in the February when my job requires for me to travel again. -Jackie King

We rented a premium SUV with Enterprise for a recent trip and received EXCELLENT customer service from the entire staff at this location. Our vehicle wasn’t ready on our pick up time (since our car choice was being sent from another location) so the team had the car delivered to us. Donavan assisted us with our return and was courteous and efficient. Highly recommend the entire team at this location.
