Was in a hurry trying to get my husband's birthday present secretly and didn't have time to run in and try to track down where the product was at in the store so I purchased online for quick curbside pickup. Checked in twice to let them know I was there and neither time did anyone end up coming out. Waited for 20 minutes because I get it if your workers are busy they get to it when they become available. Got sick of waiting so I walked in to find 1 customer in the store shopping on their own and 4 employees standing around up front by the doors talking and laughing with each other and 1 on their phone at the register. Busy helping customers is one thing talking, laughing, and standing around doing nothing while you stand right inside the door is another. Do better Best Buy if your going to offer quick curbside pickup make your people wear their earpieces so they can actually hear notifications!!!

Used to be my favorite store. I'm not trying to say that I was a big spender but this store has lost my business. Never have I had such a hard time trying to resolve an issue. The GM told me he wouldnt attempt to help resolve my issue. Just disbelief... I kept my calm and cool but was given the run around and promised things they couldnt deliver and in the end settled because no one cared to help. So buyer beware. Sales staff friendly but left out to dry when help really needed by management or support.

Waited and waited for our order to be delivered to the car. Never came. Went inside 4 guys were huddled by the front door doing nothing. Wouldn’t even let me use a dolly to get my product out, even though it was their job in the first place. Lazy workers doesn’t even begin to describe it. Bunch of stoner losers.

All the high-tech goodies you'd ever want. Plenty of help on the floor, sometimes to the point of being annoying. I seldom visit unless I see something on sale. Regular prices can be a little scary.

BEST BUY and GEEK SQUAD have taken care of all my electronics needs for 15 years or more. My personal computer, my tablet, my printer, and our big screen TV, were all purchased here. GEEK SQUAD installed the TV on the wall for us and set up the universal remote. I pay the annual fee to be a “Total Tech Support Member” and have found it to be a good value. Strongly recommended.

Too much has gone wrong with my past purchases and Best Buy's direction no longer benefits the consumer. I purchased a Mixed Reality VR headset a while back NEW IN BOX. When I picked it up, it had Geek Squad tape on it. It may have accidentally been opened and everything inside is still straight from the factory, I thought. Opening it up, it was clear it was owned before me. If I buy it new, I want new - it's the principal. Just purchased an open box TV and the tag clearly states no missing items. Guess what? I'm missing the TV stands. Cant even enjoy the TV until I purchase a 3rd party stand. Geek Squad NEEDS to mark the boxes properly or I'm 100% going to waste employee's time opening the boxes before I buy it. Is that unfair? No! They've been wasting my time and money having to fix problems Best Buy has caused me. I suggest others do the same.

I ordered a dishwasher, and it was defective, I asked for an exchange and they send it to an address in Florida, I called again and the guy on the phone was lost, clueless, and didn't care at all. I asked for my money back, and he said I won't have it until the end of the month, so there's a whole month without a dishwasher until I can order from another store. Really bad customer service!!!!

I ordered online, waited an hour, decided to head to the store since they closed in 45 minutes. Guy behind the counter said no one could help me until I had an email saying it was picked. I waited around the store for 30 minutes watching employees socialize and play on their phones while I stared at a stack of the item I purchased, no one could be bother to pick the order. Terrible customer service.Had to cancel my order and pick it myself just to get out before they closed.
