I went in to see about getting a new phone and the assistant manager Brandon sottilare was very rude to me, he constantly made me feel like he wasn’t wanting to be there gave me an attitude to every question I had and made me feel like I wasn’t important he even was using slander towards me and just altogether was a terrible experience he even was rude to my child when I was there I don’t recommend coming to this store

Brandon sottilare the assistant manager at this location in Lee summit was very rude, was very careless with my needs, rushed me out of the store and had an attitude. I would not recommend going to this store or seeing this hateful person.

Most helpful representative and I’ve been to a lot of stores, Cole helped me with my issues and taught me how to work my iPad! Excellent personality he was friendly and good looking

Cole was extremely helpful in setting up my new phone. He answered all my questions and really put me at ease with my new phone's operation. Cole is very polite and gave me his business card, should I have any questions in the future.

Don't trust them. Did the next up on 3 phones, all 3 were denied. All used cases and no issues but rated to bad for upgrade. Total ripoff don't do the next up plan just a waste of money, plus was never told they had to be perfect to qualify.

While I'm open to the idea that it isn't the whole store, Darryll was just rude. I came in with some basic questions about how to upgrade my phone and was told I needed to have certain permissions from my family phone plan from my parents (its fine. Stupid policies on AT&T's part, but not necessarily sales fault). But Darryll had NO reason to be as annoyed as he was with my asking basic questions. Just got the vibe that I was a big waste of his time. He scoffed when I asked to use his phone (mine was broken... as I had explained to him) and basically treated me like I was an annoying teenager.AT&T is definitely not the best wireless service, but this experience was exceptionally bad for me. Darryll needs some people training.

Maha the Store manager at Lees summit was fantastic she helped me with everything for setting up my voicemail issue over 2 months, give her a raise Immediately, one happy satisfied customer

Staff is always helpful and offering solutions. They were able to assist with new Internet cutover as well. Which was done quickly and with no headaches.

Cole was outstanding!!! He made changing to AT&T painless and enjoyable. I really appreciated his kindness and patience as we moved through a few hiccups getting info from the other carrier. I highly recommend this store and working with Cole!

What a horrible experience from Maha the “store manager”!! We’ve been trying for 2 days to pick up phones that we purchased online. When we went in yesterday 12/27 after being instructed by customer service to go to the store, Maha stated that they were wrong that we couldn’t pick up phone’s purchased online and continually kept saying that I didn’t know what I was talking. about. Another representative tried to look up our purchase and my husband’s drivers license had expired and we were told he needed a valid ID and to come back after that was completed or add an authorized person for pick up. Today 12/28 we provided a new paper ID and they said they couldn’t accept it. I spent several hours on the phone to find out that we can’t add an authorized user and we were told to take his social security card for the purchase. When we entered the store Maha interrupted quickly with the representative helping us pulled him aside and again we were refused help. I’m beyond frustrated with how we’ve been treated and still have no phones!!!

Went in to get a phone shut off for somebody who had died, and I got checked in by a woman who I was later told was the store manager. After she checked me in, she went, sat down behind a computer screen at a table where she sat for my whole time in the store. About 20 minutes of waiting a sales person comes over and I tell them what it is I was in for, and tell me “give me a second let me get my manager. They have to do that for you“ so I stopped the sales person and said hold on. I’ve been waiting here for 20 minutes and the person who checked me in is the person that actually had to help me? Of course, I was irritated and the sales person knew it so they apologized and told me alternatively, I could call into your customer service to get this taken care of so I left and I did. How is AT&T have a store manager that won’t do the things only they can do and instead make customers wait for nothing? I’m sure this will get read and someone blame the sales person but I am actually satisfied with them but your store manager is not good.

Ashanti made the experience a very pleasant and efficient one. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! I was honestly dreading the possibility of a very long wait and that we might get someone who wasn't helpful. We left very satisfied and pleased with the outcome of trading my old phone for a new one. Ashanti informed me that fixing my cracked screen first would give me an additional $500 for my trade-in value. She assisted us with the insurance claim process and we located an authorized vendor to get the screen repaired same day. Finding good customer service in this day and age is a struggle, but Ashanti proved there are still great customer service associates out there!!!
