The doctor was wonderful. The person checking us out was rude and rushed through everything. I asked about the eye care club and she said we didn't need to join, but now I am getting an email saying I could for just $30 more. She also gave me an eye glass prescription when we went for contacts only.

This place has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I went to order contacts and was rudely helped by a woman at the front desk. When asking her the price of a 2 pack vs a 6 pack of contacts her answer was “cheaper than the other one” ok jaw dropped then so I asked for a manager she then said she was the manager. Ok so I kept composure and continued my order buying the 6pack because they were actually cheaper in the long haul. After rudely putting in my order she said it would take up to 96 days to arrive because a shortage. I placed any way knowing she was just detouring me to purchase and they shipped today… It’s sad that there person over the hospitality(customer service team) has no respect for the company,

Customer service is terrible here. They have no idea what they're doing, always confused. Didn't offer me a case or cleaning cloth with glasses. Don't get glasses or contacts here. This place has the worst customer service I've experienced ever getting new glasses. Just plain rude hate their jobs they sure show it here.

This was my first time going to this location since living in Raytown. I had an amazing experience. The staff is very polite and helpful. I also enjoyed Dr. Sukaromya. She was very informative and compassionate. Asha made my day. ? She was very pleasant and made picking out my frames and purchasing my glasses a breeze.

Went to America’s Best in Lees Summit yesterday. I expected a long wait and to have to pay full price for getting my damaged glasses replaced, but Chris waited on me quickly, checked my file and to my surprise, I had purchased the damage warranty when I bought them 9 months ago! She was very polite and patient with an old blind geezer like me , and she was extremely helpful. She made my day! I don’t use Google in my phone, but Chis made such an impression on me, I had to borrow my wife’s phone to post what a fantastic employee she is.

We had amazing service, everyone was super nice. Our optician’s name was Asha and she was very helpful and clear about how things worked. The doctor explained everything really well and we truly appreciate it

I'm uninsured, so the fact that I can get two custom pairs of glasses WITH an eye exam for less than the price of an annual vision insurance premium, is astounding. Even after a mistake was made, the management took ownership and swiftly resolved the matter with a smile.If you still hope to have stores with actual humans in them in the future, then go ahead and give these guys some love. For the price and service, it is really unbeatable.

I wasn't impressed by the customer service there. Check-in took forever because nobody came over to help. After my exam, I had to wait for assistance because two employees were more concerned about their own glasses then helping me. I stood behind them waiting for one of them to notice me and they didn't do a thing. I pray my glasses come out right. They are bifocals and the girl assisting me didn't know what she was doing. Not impressed at all.

I came in 11/9 to have my eyes rechecked and lenses remade. Osha, Tina and Lorraine were amazing. This Team rocks, thanks for all your help and kindness ladies!!

The tech I encountered stated her "coffee hadn't kicked in" and that she wouldn't really be "with it" until noon. It as 1015. This isn't the person I want making my assessment or taking my information.I did like the Dr and the person that ordered my glasses.

I came into the America’s Best in Lee’s Summit because I had an issue with my glasses and I thought I had to get a new pair. She was able fix them with no problem. She was helpful and very kind. I appreciate the service!!!

My fiancé chose this place because it was close and inexpensive. But let me tell you.. You get what you pay for!They messed up her prescription not 1, not 2, but 5 times... I urged my fiance to try anyone else after twice but she insisted to continue to give them a chance until I was finally fed up enough to forced the change.They did refund everything which was nice but the managers didn't speak to eachother. One approved the refund over the phone several weeks ago and then when we went today the employee today gave us some push back. The employee saying "They don't do that" and a different manager on duty didn't know what was going on.If you care about your eyesight, try Target Optical. They did good.

I have worked with this office for years. I purchase all my glasses and contacts there. The prices can't be beat and the quality of my glasses/lenses has been excellent. In addition, Dr. Fehl identified an issue I suffered with for quite some time and he knew just what to do. Great experience.

I DO NOT recommend America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in Lees Summit!!!! Awefule service. The only nice person there was the lady who checked me in. I see this dark spot in my right eye constantly. And the Dr didn’t even care and said everyone has that. When I tried to explain more he kept interrupting me and telling me it was fine. During the apt I kept having to ask questions and it got to the point where the Dr was raising his voice and talking to me like I was stupid. I honestly wanted to get up and leave.After the apt he said “you need glasses” and sent me into the lobby. In the lobby I just stood there waiting to be told what was next. While I’m standing there waiting all the employees are talking about how they aren’t organizing the shipment because they don’t want to and how if customers call then can “get over it” because they aren’t doing it right now.At this point I was not buying anything from them. I asked for my prescription paid for my exam and took my business elsewhere!! Will NOT be back ever.
