He is only getting a one because there is not an option to do a zero. I called to get a windshield repaired. He asked me what all features I had. I told him I did not have certain features. He told me that I did because my mirrors light up. Go in to get it done and then he starts getting rude yelling and cussing at me. Telling me that I don't have what I said, I had when I tried telling him that he is the one that said. It was the same thing as what I was talking about that. I did not say it. He got very rude and crude.

Had to get a windshield replaced to pass inspection so I took it here and they did the replacement and all was fine until It rained and I went to get into my car and where the mirror sets was just pouring rain in. I took it back in of course and told them about it and they supposedly checked it out and said they found nothing but would put some kinda sealing glue or something to make sure( don't think they actually did) well it didn't work and the water damage messed up my back window wiper button which set it to where it was always running so their solution was to unplug it and it got into my heater control panel which I also had to replace due to the water damage it caused making it to where my heat not air would come on. I had to take it elsewhere to get the leak fixed because they wouldn't take their time to do so and so I've spent over 450 on damage that came from using this place for a simple windshield replacement. Definitely never recommending nor going back. And this is on top of when I paid for windshield repair I asked them to order in parts because my window on my driver's side don't work and they never ordered it after saying they would put it in and call me upon it arriving. I got my windshield replaced here a few months ago, at first I was going to use Safelight, but I also asked Don’s for a quote, it came back much cheaper, at first I was worried because of the price difference if it would hold up, but it’s been a few months now and I have had no problems, so far it has saved me a lot of Money,Service: Auto windshield replacement
