The worst. I went there for its next to my dental office. I needed antibiotics asap. took them 7 hours to fill So I sat in their parking lot that long for I lived too far away to drive home then back again. I should have went to walmart pharmacy for my scripts are always filled under 30 minutes. Most prescriptions they fill is monthly fills and no rush, usually pharmacy's can fill asap for situations like mine. Sad thing is if i went to their clinics the meds would have filled me under 30 minutes.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. This is the WORST pharmacy in Kansas City. I waited 3 hours for medication after a surgery just for them to magically not have any of that medicine anymore even though they had it an hour before when I was there. save your time and go elsewhere for any prescriptions.

Have had a terrible experience with the pharmacy here. Had trouble with one of my prescriptions and the pharmacist on the phone hung up on me because I asked to speak with someone else because she was being rude. She told me "because I am not giving you the answer you want" when I was trying to figure out my situation. Today I went to pick up a refill and they had cancelled it after 4 days for no reason when their policy is to cancel after 10 days. Super frustrating and will be switching pharmacy's.

I called for a week to try and get things with my refill sorted out. After using this pharmacy before, they kept telling me I wasn't in their system and wouldn't give me a straight answer on how to actually get my prescription. Finally went up to the store and the woman working at the pharmacy was extremely rude after I explained their mishandling. Never had a bad experience with Walgreens before, so this location must have issues. Signed up for the CVS pharmacy for future refills while I was waiting in line...

My Dr's office had to send my prescription twice before they had it in their system and now it still had yet to be filled. It was supposed to be ready about 45 minutes before I arrived to pick it up. When I arrived they said 20 more minutes. It's now been an hour and still not filled. I will not be filing any other prescriptions here. Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 simply because I didn't encounter any rude employees.
