Just terrible. Never deliver mail on time. And they put the mail in the wrong mailboxes where you have to hunt for them. My important mail is in a different mailbox that is locked from my old address which is next door. The mail is time sensitive and I have no way to get it. I did an address change and everything. The new address is at the bottom of the mail because I saw it on the informed delivery. It’s too much. Update. Still have missing mail. Can’t wait to move maybe that will solve the problem. I would get my mail then in a new area. Just sad.

I could tell that there was going to be a wait. I think a few ppl did not grasp this because the whining and complaining from others in line frankly made the wait seem even longer. There were children in line that were quite and well behaved... Just saying if there is 10 ppl in line and only one agent well be prepared to wait for a bit.

My house is completely surveillance. Plus I don't have dogs. Several times it says my packages can't be delivered because of an animal.. there's never any animal, I've watched the main man believer on the block over, no dog in sight, as I get my delivery denial alert. I recieved my mail one day last month. And now I called the 1800 and they said they're holding my mail because of hazardous delivery conditions due to an imaginary dog. I was never notified..

My package that I sent from this place to another state has not arrived, when the other international one sent from another business has already arrived.I'm upset because it's not free shipping, the receipt said it would be delivered around November 27th and it hasn't even arrived in the state where it's going.Terrible service, I will definitely look for other parcel companies.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The postman has been marking my packages as delivered, without them being delivered for 2 weeks. I have called the 1-800 several times, and all I keep getting is "someone will contact you within 3 days" and of course no one does. Then I was given the phone number directly to the Post Office, and they still don't answer the phone. It's not porch theft, it employee theft. There is no reason that I can't contact somebody at this post office by phone or someone get in contact with me. I have to miss work to actually make it down there to speak with someone, because of the business hours. It's ridiculous and appalling that there's nothing that can be done about this. I have exhausted all of my options.

I have complained several times about my mail and the carrier. This complaint goes as far as the conversation. The carrier is never focused because she is always on her phone. I don't receive my mail for days. I call no answer, and if they do answer they promise that the situation will be corrected. You call and no answer.
