I literally sat and watched the mail lady steal my package. She got out the truck took a picture and got back in the truck and drove off. I received a text message saying my package was delivered.

I've complained to them about my mail being delivered with the missed you note already signed with no attempt to knock, but today, having someone come out and look at the growing line and just walk away leaving the people inside for over 20 minutes unattended is horrible. My mother was in that line and I just told her we'd go to another post office. I feel sorry for whoever has to clean up the mess they are clearly leaving

They have employees that steal packages my shoes was stolen yesterday and marked as delivered when I called made my report that the dude didn’t leave it but all they did was take his word even tho we got him on ring camera

My neighbor told me that this branch steals packages. You will receive a notification stating your item is out for delivery. The mailman will mark the item as undeliverable due to name or address not matching. We are receiving all of our items shipped thru Amazon,FedEx, and UPS. Please don’t ship your packages thru USPS you will regret it.

I moved back in October of 23 I'm dealing with the post office at 7420 troost they send out three different letters with barcodes thatI took back to them moved new address still no mail only 20 blocks away now it's March what a shame

I was waiting for separate orders and whenever my package reach this facility it gets lost, it happened 2 times and they don't even answer on the phone when you call them. Is it delivery guy or processing, I don't know, but it's frustrating ordering anything online when you have this facility to depend on! Disaster

Horrible Customer Service. Tried to mail a book and they said they didn’t do that. They said you can ONLY pick up mail there, not mail packages. This post office needs to be totally redone with new employees and management.
