Currently trying to take legal action against this company. They use previous employee’s personal information for their own gain & loans, which is illegal. The owner does not know how to run a company.

The most top of the equity builders i have ever acknowledged to even experience in my whole life. Amything you need in the ♡ of KCMO You will never get any knowledge of specified areas ,vacinities,land,options available on table soon as you experience what i have with the company, i would go straight to my phone and call them if i had any knowings from moving or vacationing to another state from one state cross country to simply just moving here or to out of state. ... outstanding...

I am seriously not pleased with USREEBs service. After initially being happy with the Turnkey real estate I purchased, I didn’t realize the trap I walked into with their overzealous property management. Being charged 3-5 times for simple repairs is a sure fire way to go out of business. I had to sell 2 homes to stay afloat. I believe they had so many complaints with the BBB that they changed their name. Buyer beware.

If you're an investor, renter, homeowner, etc do yourself a favor and RUN away from USREEB. I'm an out of state investor and I should have trusted my gut from the beginning when I didn't feel good about their realtor, Mackaylee. She was pushy, combative, and threatening when I was asking to negotiate a price because of some issues that came up in inspection, or asked for documentation that the repairs requested were completed (which I've since discovered some of the documentation/pics were falsified). Once I closed, it only got worse from there; the property management side of USREEB placed the worst tenants ever who were clearly not screened, stopped paying rent almost immediately and subsequently trashed the houses. Also, after a few months passed some major issues USREEB was able to mask during inspection popped up. At this point I've lost almost $30K in unpaid rents and major repairs thanks to USREEB. Avoid them, or it'll cost you.

These people are stink at returning calls.
I invested with them almost a year ago and must continually cal them for payments.
Now they don't even return calls.
I am in the process of going to their offices and collecting my investment.
