It was a beautiful venue but my 9 year old got bumped on accident and had spilled his pop. I apologized to the lady and I thought at first she couldn't hear me so my husband then apologized and she looked up and rolled her eyes with no response. Was very rude and disrespectful and obviously doesn't have kids and accidents do happen.

EASY PEASY LEMON SQUEEZY. The venue is as pictured. Smooth process beforehand and I felt at ease and like everything was handled and accommodated for when I showed up. Even in the midst of COVID. Thank you Ashley for all your help on the day of the event!!

We had an absolutely perfect ceremony at the Vow Exchange! They made everything so easy and carefree for us. We were coordinating an elopement ceremony from almost 200 miles away and convenience was really important to us. We were blown away with the service, care, attention to detail and true kindness from everyone! Communication ahead of the day was awesome - super clear and detailed. Our coordinator, Kristin, made us feel so welcome and special - like we were having coffee at the home of a dear friend. She made all our stress that day melt away. She took care of every single tiny detail - all the way down to ensuring our serving ware was clean and packed up before we left. We also adored the officiant and photographer. (Our photographer was such a pro! We looovvved her!!) Even our flowers were absolutely breathtaking! Everyone we met and worked with was absolutely perfect. We cannot recommend them all enough. Thank you, Vow Exchange, for making our once in a lifetime day even better than we could have ever dreamed!

My daughter got married here. The place looks nice. The minister and photographer was included. It was very intimate and they made my daughter feel like a beautiful bride. Which she was! They made it very special for her.
