I am not sure what the workers name was, but she was very sweet and so helpful throughout the process of getting a storage unit. If I ever have to get a storage unit. I would definitely come back!

I've been with them since 2017. Always have your best interest. Love this place... Customer service outstanding and great. The people are very friendly and outgoing to make sure they they have the customer's best interest always!!!

Great service!!. I managed to wedge the door half open and Penny helped with a stop-gap measure and then had an employee fix it for me just before rain rolled in. Penny and Cathy are fantastic to deal with. Thank you both!

After the web gave us the incorrect rate when renting a unit online, the team quickly resolved the overcharge, got us the correct rate, and called to make sure everything was squared away. Great customer service!
