“I saw they had a hat I wanted that I couldn’t find anywhere else, but it was for sale in-store sale only. This was a problem because I live 3 hours away in another state. I used the chat feature on their website to ask if I could purchase the hat without going to the store, and I was told (with an almost immediate response) to give them a call and we could take care of it. On the phone they were friendly and helpful. They found the hat I wanted, took my payment and I received it just 4 days later along with a handwritten thank you note from the owner. Really impressed with this store and will go to their website first from now on to get the Chiefs and Royals gear I need. Thank you!”

“Went in today with my cheap RTH bear species ev, Chris was awesome!! He helped me correct my form, gave me great advice on everything from releases to arrow fletchings and even bragged about taking a deer at 65 yards lol. He even went out of his way to wax my cables. “I called in search of a Travis Kelce 3 foot bobblehead. I spoke to Aaron who let me know they didn’t have any. I hung up and called another store. While I was speaking to another store I got a voicemail from Aaron, who took the time to call me and let me know of the stores who should have Travis Kelce‘s bobble head in stock. I was so blown away by the fact that he took the time to call me and help me narrow my search. This kind act of superior customer service was so overwhelming I just had to write this review. We need more Aarons in this world!”

“The best experience of customer service bright and early this morning! For the last pre season game we wanted some fresh Chiefs gear and we got it along with cheerful, smiling faces of two young ladies. Josie and Geonna are always super helpful picking out things for myself, and even gifts! They know what age range would like and can always lead me straight to the best choices. I can go to other RH closer to my home but go out of my way to get the amazing service from them at Union Station. So many places have employees that aren’t happy or helpful and it’s always refreshing to know that’s not the case with these ladies!”

“The employees are really nice and upbeat in a genuine way. I love their swift shirts. This might be tmi, but I'll share. At my age, I've started maybe getting hot flashes and sweating profusely. They have a silver infused line of tops that really help with comfortable sweat wicking and have anti odor technology that actually works. The material is the most comfortable of all sweat wicking materials I've ever worn. My picky 8 year old loves the material, as well. Extremely well made, though it didn't 100% stay intact in one of the knees when she went scraping them across the cement. Still excellent excellent quality. The shirts look, feel, and perform better than the lulumon equivalent with anti odor technology. Though, I do love the lulumon jackets.”

The only complaint is that they are charging more than other places due to their consignment approach.
