This is the only repair place I will take my machine. They have been in business for
decades and really know what they’re talking about when it comes to repairs. They can service any type of machine as well. Their repair and maintenance cost if also very affordable. The turnaround time is quick as well. I took my broken machine in and it was ready in a week and cost $100 to repair, tune up and clean. It runs like new now!!

I highly suggest anyone considering buying a machine from this store not to. I have never had a worst customer service experience than I did with the men who run this company. Never been treated so horribly.
I was delivered a machine with a twerked pressure foot and had multiple issues the first week using the machine. When I called for help my concerns were dismissed as none problematic, I was blamed for almost problems. No responsibility was take for the issue with the machine, no one took the time to check basics with me. I was laughed at. "I have over 45 years of experience with these machines, you have none." "If you bring it in we can hold your hand and show you what you're doing wrong." The sexism. The gaslighting. The dismissal of me. These are not good people.
When I was clearly upset on the phone I was told, "it's just machine". It's my business, it's how I make my living, and it was an $1800 expense. I was interrupted, gaslit repeatedly, and never actually helped. A different seller of these machines at a different store spent over an hour with me going over things that should have been explained when the machine was delivered.
Just don't buy from here. I wanted to support local and family owned. Not worth it. Absolutely the worst experience. Go anywhere else.

We ONLY SHOP this BUSINESS for our NEEDS ! Because we Get Honesty answers and Great Prices, and The Best Service in Missouri ! Love the showroom and People who Work here ! Thanks for Your help ! Sending Friends here !Ask me how I know they are the Best ? I dealt with a Supposed Good Repair shop in Springfield and they messed it up worse and charged me Over $100 !I Drove to KC From the Branson Area and Found out it was Repairable after the other place said it couldn't be Fixed ! Faster Service too ! Other place just wanted to sell me a Machine I couldn't afford at the Time ! When the time is Right visit Downtown, Independence and one other Location !If I could give it a 10 I Would ! ❤️ Love this Family owned Company !2023 - October- Came to get parts for a used Machine ! Got them .

It was the most enjoyable buying experience I have ever had! Jamie at the KC downtown center was amazing. She explained all the things to me. Sat with me while I test drove one feature after another. I absolutely loved working with her on this purchase. I went into the store with lots of questions and I walked out with a beautiful machine that will meet all of my needs.
