great gym 24/7. membership is about 29$/mo after tax. there is a $50 cancellation fee to leave. they also charge an annual fee for $20 in march. even with that it’s still cheaper than most gyms in the area. afternoon gets full but mornings only have a few people. there is a good amount of cardio equipment but only a couple of benches and can take you a while to get your turn.

I think the gym is very nice, clean, lots of equipment, friendly staff, peers stay to themselves, and they cover parking as well if you choose to do so in the garage. The pricing isn’t bad either, The ONLY reason why I would say 4 stars is because of the water fountain it comes out hot for some reason, you either will have to bring or pay for it (via vending machines).

Great gym to work out at, it can get crowded at times but I still find space to finish my workouts also the 2 free hour parking is great, love the hack squat machine they have in the corner one of my favorite machines for leg days I hope they add more leg pieces like that soon!

I love it!!, very good option and the best thing is that I can go to the one that is closest to me, apart from being 24/7 and it is incredible that it is so hygienic, clear and with excellent machinery that helps maintain good technique in each exercise.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT (THEY HAVE SPANISH SPEAKING STAFF WHO CAN HELP YOU).

I’ve been a member of this gym for a while now, and I can say the gym is great, and the staff is even better—professional, friendly, and always helpful. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because the water fountain tastes like the water’s been sitting there since before the building was built. Access to clean, fresh and good quality water is fundamental to keeping all members hydrated during their time at the gym, and I hope this gets addressed soon so I can update my review to 5 stars!

Clean gym with all the equipment I could ever want. Also the most affordable gym I have found in my 2 years in Kansas City. Plus the ability to workout at 3 other gyms with no extra costs makes this a 5/5

I like this gym because it has multiple, seperate workout areas which are good for privacy. I also enjoy the view from the big window while using the cardio machines. Gym has good vibes and good price.

Clean location on downtown close to home. Staff is friendly and helpful for those I've been in contact with in the week since starting my membership. It would be even better if they had more space and more machines.

I have never had a gym membership but I got one with Metro through my employer. As a newcomer I was very nervous but I found that the staff was very friendly and helpful and has made my experiences there very enjoyable.
