Customer service is terrible. Only reason why they have these many stars because they have people give ratings while they while looking at car.

I would have picked 0-stars. The GM of Kwik Auto sold me a 2012 Ram 1500. With broken manifold bolts. After i saw what was the pfoblem was.i talked to Eric the manager. He told me they all do that. Well they DO NOT ALL DO THAT. BOTTOM LINE. ERIC TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL NOT FIX THEPROBKEM. THIS HAS ME IN A RAGE. DO NOT BUY FROM KWIK AUTO

We got approved for a car the initial down payment was $1500 which was fine they wanted to give us $800 for our car which was fine and 700 cash which also was fine then they called us the next day said they would give us a thousand for our car and drop the down payment to a thousand so our car was the down payment then when we got up there and they found out that we lived in a recovery house they wanted to charge us $2,000 for the down payment initially the down payment wasn't even 2000 so they're going to charge us more because we're trying to get our life together which I thought was pretty messed up and as well did a few other people I'm living in 2 years and for them to try to charge us more than what the initial down payment was to begin with just because we live in a recovery house which is sober living is ridiculous and very very unethical all we were trying to do was get a bigger car because we have a 6 month old baby we have already paid off the car we were going to use this trade-in with weekly payments so it's not like we couldn't afford the vehicle because we definitely could have but to me that is just showing their character that they're going to charge more for somebody that is trying hard doing what Society expects and getting their life back together it shouldn't be where you live it should be if you can afford the vehicle I would really like to know who the owner is of this place so I can talk to them I really didn't want to go this route but I think it's wrong what they're doing so this is the route that got took

You might find a decent car or two but you will pay for it like you're buying it new.
BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING A CAR: Make sure you take it to a mechanic to check over everything because mine fell apart and tried to blame me for it. Get a loan from somewhere else because they will take out the max loan you are allowed but lease you a car that isn't worth half that. A USED 2008 Colbalt for $10,000+ is wild. Can only blame myself for being naive. Don't be me and take precautions.

My 2 stars are for the finance department. They are easy to work with, but I also never missed a payment, so I'm easy to work with.
The missing 3 stars are as follows, and I tried to overlook the bad reviews and the things I experienced myself, but after yesterday, I no longer feel the need to overlook.
Bought a 2007 Honda Pilot in March 2022. Immediately needed the air conditioning fixed, which they did. I noticed a lot of cosmetic issues, like front interior lights didn't work, very loose wiring in the volt charger, missing panels, a random DVD player under the seat that goes to nothing, and it was filthy in the third row. I would consider this normal for a used car, but not typical behavior from someone wanting to put out good quality.
Then about 6 or so months after I had the car, I got a flat. No big deal, until I went under the car and realized nobody had supplied me with a spare tire. I called them first, and he insulted me by letting me know that in that car, the spare tire is underneath of it. Yeah I know buddy. He apologizes and says his guys are "supposed to check that". Yeah bro, it's pretty basic. They made it right, paid for a tow to their shop, bought me a used tire, and gave me a spare, but when I picked it up, the spare was in the trunk/3rd row, where my kid sits. So I ask, and they say it needs a "special key" from ebay, and they will call me when it comes in. So now I have a spare, that I can only have in my car, when I don't need the trunk/3rd row. They never called or ordered it. I had a guy take a look and he said the reason they couldn't put it underneath is because it's broken. I had a welder completely pull the part out, rework the chain so it could be moved up and down, and rig it back in, so I can have a spare tire attached to the car. I just feel like if you knew that, you could have said that, regardless, I handled it without complaint.
It's had a leaking axle from the beginning of time, and the timing belt was never changed (suggestion is every 100k miles). I bought it at 200k+.
Paid the car off about 7 weeks ago, well the car left me on the side of the road yesterday. Blown cam. Is what it is, but when I called Kwik auto, after being an excellent customer to them, and letting them know, hey I wasn't expecting to buy a car at the moment, I caught nothing but attitude and annoyance from both reception and Eric. Letting me know they basically didn't have anything on their lot, repeating they gave me a bogus voucher for $300 off a down payment, and they want somewhere around 2k down, I didn't put 2k down the first time. I told Eric I could take my business elsewhere since he could do for me, what every other dealership in the city can do. I always caught a bad vibe, but now I know, I was actually one of the lucky ones as my issues only cost them money, including this very moment, where I will purchase a vehicle from anyone other than Kwik Auto.

Don’t go to this lot they sell cars for double what they’re worth!! Trash communication my Mom has been without her car for weeks told them the transmission was messed up they put a new engine in it said it was ready for pickup, then told her they had to fix the transmission which we told them that was the problem from the beginning. They take advantage of solo women so be aware they don’t provide loaners & will never let you out of contract even if you offer to pay for what the car is worth & still let them keep it. Bad business here don’t do it! All we want is out the contract they don’t care about ppl here at all.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would hell would of even given negative stars, I got a 2013 Ford edge sel from them a yr ago and I been telling Sherry and Eric about how it clunks really loud when I turn the steering wheel and go over bumps since day one. All I have been told by Sherry is she will try and do what she could to help me but then kept sending me to Eric who kept blowing me off and told my mom and I that even his own daughters car clunks like I told him mine was and it's normal, which is NOT!!!! I took it to Firestone and got told I should not be driving it at all, that both my axel shafts are leaking and have been leaking, I also have been told that the tires it was sold with were the absolute wrong ones to be having on it, they are the thick walled ones which aren't for everyday normal driving!!! I will be finding a lawyer to help me get the help I need and to figure out my grounds for my next actions because I am appalled by the treatment and decievement I have gotten from them. Eric keeps blowing me off and trying to make me feel like I am stupid and don't know what I am talking about which I do. I am beyond disappointed!!!

I can't believe my ex. Wife went there again to get a car for our daughter. the last time they lied to us about the tires and they did it again to them this time, new tires my butt. Not to mention the shawty, mechanic they had them take it to to get the cheap thirty dollar new tires that they put on it. And there ar problems with the front end, causing the tires to get eaten up that were there when they sold her the car, You buy a car there. You buy a money pit.
