No energy and excitement from the staff. Felt like I was an inconvenience. Just felt like another number and the sales rep was just an order taker ready to get to the next client. Every time I asked a question he seemed annoyed. Short answer responses if I was lucky. Then when my clothes finally showed up they didn't fit (no surprise) and now I'm having to tailor everything locally on my own dime. Which he said I would get some credit for and the details would follow and never did. He also didn't cover pricing at the end, he just gave me an iPad and said sign here and give me your payment. Really need to work on the customer service of that store. Smiling, answering questions and offering a beverage goes a long ways. The only reason I bought the suit is because my fiancé liked the colors for the wedding. Really disappointed in the experience and purchasing my wedding suit from there. I get it's not "House of Bjian" but making the client feel valued is important for return business. Hopefully they are able to turn that store around.

I’ve bought suits here on two different occasions and have enjoyed the design process and gotten my garments timely and to size. I will continue stopping by indochino anytime I need a new piece.

I recently invested in three suits from Indochino on the Plaza, expecting top-tier craftsmanship and attention to detail. While the jackets were well-tailored, the trousers were unfortunately not up to standard. Despite getting “accurate” measurements, all three pairs of pants arrived an inch and a half too short, leaving me with an unflattering “high-water” appearance. In my opinion, it’s always better for pants to be slightly too long than too short, especially when dealing with professional attire.
The store assured me they would correct the issue, but the real frustration lies in the wait time. It took over six weeks for the original order to arrive, and now I’m looking at another long delay just to have the problem fixed. This experience has left me questioning the value and efficiency of their service.
For the price I paid, I expected a level of precision and customer care that Indochino has failed to deliver. I would advise potential customers to consider these factors before making a purchase.

The professionalism displayed by the staff is outstanding. Their knowledge of fabrics and customization is outstanding and the price for a fully customized suit is well worth it when compared to off the rack options.

We had a great time with the staff at Indochino! They were very kind and helpful when trying to figure out design choices. I was so grateful because one of our appointments we booked online did t fully process and when I called the day before, they were able to still get in the other fitting appointment. The store was very clean and comfortable and the waiting area was nice. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a custom suit that actually fits you.

Great attention to detail. Really made me feel confident about the suit I’ll be wearing for my wedding. They don’t cut any corners and have an awesome selection. I recommend going sooner rather than later because they do tend to run out of fabrics especially depending on the season. The price is worth the quality.

Needed to remeasure and order 3 more suits. I've worked with Charles many times. The team here is professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. 10 outta 10 highly recommend. Fair prices, excellent quality and good craftsmanship. Suits rarely need modification.
