My salesman Deion was great and patience with me. I came in twice for purchasing separate items that he assisted me with my purchases. I was very satisfied with the delivery service they were very accommodating to redeliver my order when I had an emergency on the day of my delivery. The delivery guys set up the furniture and cleaned up the packaging and took it with them! My new items look just like I had envisioned them to look like in my new office space.

Not sure how charger is supposed to be working on nightstands??? Is it not attached or I have to figure it out myself??? Where is the instructions to get the chargers working on the nightstands! Ordered, Chest, was scratched up! Had to send it back! Previously ordered with them for granddaughters birthday bedroom set(chest) was completely left off order! Very disappointing! You explain what you want and they verify it with you more than once and still items missing or not delivered or no instructions on how to fix the problem

The sofa was just delivered. Itnis very nice and exactly what I bought. The only problem was a small rip in the bottom back of the couch. The mover said he would document this. Not sure what that entails.

Shopping through the store was easy. Store was very clean and I was not hassled by the sales person. Delivery and setup was quick. My experience shopping at Furniture Deals was great and I will definitely shop there again.

Excellent sales, customer service, and management. Hanna (manager) price matched us on our first sofa, and then, personally walked us through an exchange of that sofa, that didn’t work because of my stenosis in my spine. The replacement was a Dunwell Steel loveseat. It is exactly what I needed and I couldn’t be happier. Soft, awesome lumbar support, totally comfortable, good looking. Worth the price.

From browsing in the store and deciding on a purchase to the delivery earlier today the experience of shopping at Furniture Deals was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the delivery team. They were friendly, efficient and thorough. They not only set up the furniture but demonstrated features to us. A great experience. This place is highly recommended!
