Worst car wash in the KC metro Area they like to take your card to pay then have it pending taking the payment on your card then tell u oh it declined or try to say you need more money an if you try to correct them like a civil person they think your angry or trying to debate with them that like a lot of places though now you can’t correct or tell anyone anything

It's a great concept and great people who work here but some of the brushes don't work and some don't turn very quickly and barely touch the car. It's great that you can wash your car every single day of the month if you want and get free vacuum but if the brushes don't work well then what's the point? And it's hit or miss with the vacuums sometimes they work well sometimes they have no suction

Theresa is awesome! I am not one to do a monthly subscription but Theresa shared the benefits as well as they were running a promo. She got me to add my 2nd car for an extra discount! Best value in KC. Thank you Theresa for your great customer service, you make it feel like home.

I think this is a good car wash when you need fast washing only. They do have great deals, I pay $30 a month and go anytime I want, which is almost every 2 days. I have a black car..

Wonderful staff but highly disappointed at how hot that tunnel part is. I truly feel sorry for the workers. My opinion that's unacceptable to have them sweating out there like that.

Always a pleasure going here. The worker are all so friendly. And the lot is always very clean..... editing due to a huge issue. I truly feel sorry for the staff I have my membership so I'm there almost everyday and I can't understand how they stand in that tunnel. I have to turn my ac on high just to breath in there half of them look like their gonna pass out. The other day I noticed they didn't even have a working fan. I've gone to the other locations to and noticed a huge difference. Something should be done with this location ASAP.

Theresa was also welcoming from the time I signed up until I told her I would be moving. There was never a time I didn’t get a wave as I passed her. I always enjoyed getting car washes here will miss the outstanding customer service.

Joetta is terrific. She is kind and super friendly. She sold me on Ultra Clean and I have been happy with their quality and service. Highly recommend.
