The customer service is excellent! Great people to work with. They also did an amazing job of putting up our flag pole and even showed us how to put up multiple flags, clips and tie the rope. I highly recommend this company!!

I had a few questions on a new flag and had a good discussion wit a very friendly young man on the merits of a cloth, poly or a nylon flag. He was very knowledgeable and I trusted his opinion and I decided on his recommendation then told him my problem. I was driving a large vehicle and it would be a real pain to park in the area and I asked if I could pay over the phone then drive up and have him bring the flag out. He told me no problem and when I pulled in front of the store he walked right out and handed me the flag with a smile and we shared a laugh at the situation.I will definitely be back
