Imagine a sad broken down individual with destroyed knees, not knowing where you can get relief. I turn the corner and the hue of salvation emanating from Tradehome Shoes was awe inspiring. I took one step in and was helped immediately, I am forever in Tradehomes debt. They helped me find relief and now my feet and knees are healed due to the sweet ride of Hokas and aetrex support and always get the deodorant foot spray that always leaves your feet feeling fresh. Preston, James, and Quinton. My go to guys.

We went shoe shopping for my teen with some friends. All of the associates were friendly and ready to assist us. James Ruby made the experience one that was fun for the kids where they felt special and attended to. They sprayed the new shoes with a stain protectant before leaving. Great customer service and shopping atmosphere! Thank you James!

Had a pleasant and professional experience with James today. Needed a pair of shoes that fit my needs with neuropathy and general comfort. He scanned each foot and pulled a set of inserts that was best for me, and same with shoes. He pulled out various kinds and sizes, and was very informative with each one I fitted on. He made it fast and easy, a great experience.

Absolutely worst customer service hands down. Manager is a cocky, disrespectful jerk to put it nicely. Bought a pair of Hokas 4 weeks ago for $165 that are literally falling apart, called the store and was told no problem, bring them in and we will fix the problem. Get there and was completely disrespected by the "manager". I will be contacting Corporate and will not buy for them again.

Great experience! The salesman, Kayden, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I. We both tried several options he brought out for us to help us find a good fit. We each bought high quality shoes and custom fitted insoles. I am confident we made excellent choices.

Chloe was fantastic! Speaking as a salesperson myself, Chloe patiently and enthusiastically answered any questions I had and questions I had not even thought to ask. Chloe was absolutely phenomenal! She was so friendly and knowledgeable! I went in after working my overnight shift in search of the best supportive and comfortable shoe and she took the best care me! Put both shoes on me and tied them! I was exhausted and my feet hurt but the way she treated me, I felt like royalty. I will ask for her every time I go!

Got some Amazing hey dudes shoes for crazy good prices that fit perfectly, some were out of stock so they ordered them for me online and showed up perfect. I really wish I could remember the guys name that helped me was black dude thank you so much! I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could will definitely be back to look around again

Just bought a pair of shoes from Chloe. She is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and full of amazing information. She definitely deserves a raise, and possibly a promotion to store manager. Will definitely be coming back. Hopefully when I do the rugs are not so hazardous to me.

Chole was an absolute dream!!! She went above and beyond and deserves a Huge raise.$$$$$$ . Keith the manager showed less than sub par management skills was joking about my friend their (200$+ customer) tripping over a rug , unprofessional and a liability... Chole was more than knowledgeable about ever product ,brand ,and accessorie.. accessories Helped my friend by putting on the shoes and helping him find a product best for him....she deserves five stars ... Keith need some work!!!

I stopped by with nothing in mind and the sales was so good I walked out with an affordable but great pair of brooks and a good attitude. I actually had fun shopping here and have been with my family before for chaco's - these reviews say pushy but I thought all 3 workers were incredibly helpful and kind. They're just doing what they get paid to do people!
