So there i was, miles away from home, and my car started acting up while driving through Joplin and on my way to california. i took it to a mechanic who said it had a couple of different catastrophic issues and would require far too much money and time to fix. the car was a 2010 with over 130,000 miles. the mechanic recommended Roper Honda. i had probably the best car-buying experience imaginable. seeing as how i didn't plan on buying a car that day, i hadn't done any research, etc. TJ Webb was so very patient with me. we test drove several cars that day, and even went to one of their affiliate lots to check out a vehicle i saw online. everything went to smoothly. i bought that final car, kept TJ past closing time to finish up the paperwork, and then he even assisted me in transferring my things from the old car to the car i purchased, in the cold and rain. TJ helped me find the right car for me, at the right price, with the features that were important to me. and the warranty forever! sweetens the deal. TJ WEBB, for the win!!

I recently went to roper Honda west. I had something on my credit report that was not suppose to be on it and I brought legal paperwork to show that I didn't owe anything. Roper denied my loan because of it. I would not recommend that anyone should ever shop at this store because of the way that I was treated. I am a disabled veteran who just needed a vehicle to get me from place to place and I was turned down even though my credit was very good and and I showed them what they needed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHADY BUSINESS.
