For the love of God don’t ever call customer service! Worst middle eastern reps ever! They barely speak English and clearly don’t understand what you’re asking of them. 3 different reps to fix a simple issue and I hung up without it being fixed….I even told the one they need to learn English better and she said “I’m talking to you in English. English must be the name of some other language because she barely spoke American English, bring customer service back to the us.

They over charge and false advertise on door it states $25 a line for 5g but yet dude signed me up for $60 plan and $10 phone protection I've been with metro PCS 4 yrs and these idiots at this store are a joke rip off just to make a sale! Lol atleast corporate made it right ?
