Johnson Floor & Home replaced all of the flooring in our house (except the bathrooms), and they were phenomenal to deal with from start to finish. From the sales floor to the install, they were courteous and helpful and did everything they said they would do. Their install operation was amazing. They did great work and they got it done ahead of schedule. We used a different company for the bathrooms, and it was kind of an awful experience. I highly recommend these guys!

Awful experience. Stood us up two days in a row to just give us an estimate! Do not use this place as they over- promise and do not deliver. We will never allow them in our house.

I am very happy with the products and service I was given. They removed the old carpet and tile and installed 2500sf of beautiful vinyl floors! The installers were very professional and efficient. I'm very happy with the whole experience. ?

We had a great experience with this company. Specifically, Jack was our first contact and very nice and worked around our schedule to work us in. Bobby and his helpers on the job were also great. They were easy to work with and worked hard the entire time they were here. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to since they did such a nice job and worked around our schedule so well. Will definitely be using them in the future!

Steve was my first contact in the store. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me exactly what I wanted. Color and all. When he came to measure he brought the sample and others to make sure this was the color I wanted for my luxury vinyl wood flooring. It was perfect. Steve was very professional, helpful to all my questions and concerns. My floor has been installed and I couldn't be more happy. The contractors who installed were great too. Great experience, would highly recommend . Thanks Steve!

Johnson Floor & Home is a top notch business with your satisfaction their first priority. We had all flooring upstairs and down along with a few other projects, back splash in kitchen and removal of ceramic tile and old carpet.Their quality of product and professional touch to every detail shows how dedicated they are to their craft. We stopped in on a Saturday morning and met Jerry..we knew immediately we were at the right place. Jerry was professional, great product knowledge and put us at ease. We placed our tile order on the spot. They sent Bobby and Noah out for tile removal and installation of the new tile. These guys were fantastic, courteous, arrived on time every day for two weeks. They worked late and cleaned up every single day when finished. Simply amazing how good they did. We highly recommend Bobby, Noah,and Jerry for all your flooring needs. Thank you for a job that exceeded our expectations. Johnsons Floor and Home Carpet One Joplin will be our only go to place for flooring.

Staff worked with us from choosing through the installation of carpet for three rooms and two hallways including moving the furniture out of the way and resetting it. Carpet looks great.

Carpets installers broke antiques on shelf that they should not have been near. I paid for the best padding but it feels like there'sNo padding compared to a room I had done last year. I called regarding broken items but NO ONE ever reached out to me or replaced the items. Very disappointed. Will not be using Johnson floor & home again nor will I suggest to anyone'

I know they got a 5 star from other's but I'm disappointed because we told them about a carpet we had bought for another home and the wear in front of furniture. So was detoured from Berber carpet that I really wanted to the very same carpet we didn't want. Right after we got it started showing signs of same carpet which I said it looks the same. My mom hates it and said I told you it is the same carpet. They assured us it was better and as long as we have shampooed by there carpet cleaner if problem they would replace carpet. Year later came out and did nothing so now finding someone to tear carpet out and replace it...but won't be here...I want someone who will stand behind what they say. Where warranty really works.
