Prices are as high as Walmart on some items, so know your prices before shopping here. This goodwill does not operate like most other goodwill stores. At this one, they do not have a percentage off every day. They only do a special discount a few times per month, for example, senior day on third Tuesday of the month. Very disappointing ? there is no excuse for prices being this high as all items have been donated. I wonder how much goodwill ceo makes.?

Oh where do I even begin. Tina and her staff are excellent. So accommodating. They Go above and beyond to help us with our large order. We shop monthly and highly recommend this store. Items are clean and in excellent condition. Thank you so much ?.

Walked in and was greeted by a lady that then proceeded to stare at us the whole time we were there. I ask if something was wrong and she said I’m just watching you guys. It made for a very uncomfortable visit.

One of the last remaining good, Gooodwill stores. Always a decent selection and the prices are usually very fair. I do most of my clothes shopping here, and they often have really good sales. Sale days you can get an entire wardrobe for very little money. They also have a great book selection that changes regularly.

I miss Sue! She was so sweet & friendly! What happened to the staff you've had there for years? If you're not going to have a color sale tag please stop raising your prices on donated goods AND asking customers to leave their change. I almost always round up for your cause, but can we see what it is we are supporting?

Before the new non-work culture, this store was well staffed. Not just in quantity of employees, but quality--people who had actual customer service skills. Less staff has caused a shift in how jewelry is sold, and it's virtually disappeared from the display case. We return to Joplin for medical care and this Goodwill store was always part of the list of tasks for the day. Until this week. Money is tight now, folks have choices to make and we choose to find another place to shop going forward. We'll pop in on a future visit to see if things have changed. ?
