Stay away from this shop! It no longer has a valid business license. The ownership changed hands in the last year and the current man running the shop stole our vehicle and vandalized our vehicle. He lied to us, stole our money, and did zero of the repairs he was payed for.
We had previously used this shop when the original owner was alive and he did superb work. We took our vehicle back thinking it was under the same ownership. We were sadly mistaken. Stay away from this shop! If they say they are open for business, verify that their business license is current as well as their insurance. Chris Parker is a criminal along with those who he “employs”.
Contact the Duquesne police if you have any questions regarding this shop. They can verify all of this along with multiple other incidents.
Beware! If you drop off your vehicle, you may pick it back up and it may have drugs in it, or you may not be able to pick it back up at all. These people are criminals!

I am so grateful this shop was open. We were on a road trip and found that our brake line had been damaged. Most shops are closed on Saturday, especially in the afternoon. While the repair took longer than expected, it was quality work and at an amazing rate. If I'm ever in the area again and need automotive work, I'll definitely be stopping here.

If I could give 1000 stars I would!!! Chris is honest, quick and knows his stuff. My daughter attends college at MSSU and her car broke down. I'm 4 hours away and was worried about someone taking advantage of her but got directed to Chris by a friend of a friend. Not only did he come to her apartment and pick the car up, he kept me updated with what was going on and met her back at her apartment, at very short notice, to return the car. Took a few hours to repair what I had imagined was going to take days. HIGHLY recommend.

We’ve taken several vehicles, with various issues to Duquesne Auto and always leave with better running cars! Mr. Parker knows his stuff, and always makes sure everything is 100%... every, single time. He’s very fair in pricing and quick on turn around... we won’t go anywhere else!

Awesome guys. They are honest, won’t recommend work you don’t need, and do solid work. What else could you ask for. I have had about 4-5 repairs done there now some minor some more extensive and they have always done quality affordable work. Definitely my go to shop.

I have taken my cars there for over 20 yrs they have always been honest and have done a excellent job. I have had minor work done to a new engine replacement. Never had a problem. Always a discount price and very honest. I would recommend then to anyone They go out of there way for their customers.

Took car in to have power steering hose or switch replaced and asked if he would look and tell me what they believe the problem is for the car over heating. Was told 48 hours later the motor was shot and my brakes were totally gone.... Luckily I was not charged for such BS info....
