Kota and Jen made the whole process smooth. Took a bad day and turned it into a great day. Very honest genuine people to deal with. Explained everything thoroughly. I love that we could be Kota's first sale, hope he doesn't ever sound like a typical salesperson. He was very excited to help us find what we liked and needed not pushy or trying to push us to a higher priced car.
