This place is a joke... They were great at first now.Nobody knows what their Doing all you'll get told is I don't know.... Don't worry , you'll only have an account manager every other week... Absolutely no accountability when they mess up Which has been a lot in the last three months... My car's good company has gone to trash literally ? ? I used to refer people now.I tell them to stay far away from that place!

Got my car not even a month ago. Not even 24 hours later the car breaks down. Daniel wants to be rude to us telling us just to call the tow company and they will TRY to fix it. Then we go and pick it up from the shop and we get probably 10 minutes away from the shop and it breaks down again so we just end up fixing the part ourselves. It’s still not working correctly but they DO NOT CARE. They do not care about anybody or anything besides getting their money. They will laugh in your face. Good luck. I genuinely am traumatized by this place. I’m paying on a vehicle that does not work 50 percent of the time. DO NOT GO HERE. I’ll pray for yall bc u should be ashamed.

Daniel was super helpful when it came to my car! I was in need of one asap and he worked with me on getting the vehicle I wanted! I also got to meet Elaine and she was super helpful as well. They both made my experience amazing and I got to leave with a car!

I bought a car here and within 24 hours the vehicle was broke down, leaving me stranded on i-44. It died while going 70 mph. Still no vehicle..

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought this car in November of last year. It got to much and had to give them the car back. I got a letter in February stating that they were going to sell the car. Perfect. I haven’t heard anything from them since then, no calls, no mail. Nothing.
I’m trying to get a car loan and it’s still showing as an open auto. I called and spoke to Daniel and he stated that he can’t see it. I asked for the manager that is able to see it. He told me no, I said so we are just going to leave it as an open auto. He then says “Well if you would have actually pay your bills” then hung up on me. I called back to speak to his supervisor and he told me no once again and hung up on me. I called back a third time and asked the same thing. All he did was laugh and put me on hold. Never came back. Super unprofessional and I’ll be sure not to send people that way.

My name is actually Jessica Carrier now! So I am giving them 5 stars ? they were wonderful!! They gave me a chance when no one else would. We had a lot of financial problems the last 6 months because of a house fire we had in December. They were there and did everything to make sure I could get a car! I greatly appreciate businesses like these!! They are also cheap compared to other companies and other things that others don't!! Thank you ?
