The staff was courteous and friendly. Had a number of preventative repairs done and the manager was knowledgeable and answered my many questions about each of the services. The only downside for me (beside the cost of course) was leaving my car all day, but the driver who took me home and then picked me up was very conscientious about his driving. They kept me updated on all timeframes which I always appreciate. Would recommend!

Joe and Team did an amazing job on my starter replacement. I’ve never used Telle before. Hats off to them for being honest, quick and efficient. The car runs great.

The interior rearview window of my 2012 Lexus fell off in the extreme heat. As a result, my car wasn't safe to drive. Though Telle's lot was completely full a kind serviceman at the front desk ordered a repair kit and informed me my rearview mirror would be repaired in two hours. In the meantime, I was chauffeured to and from my home so I didn't have to wait in the shop. Thank you, Telle!

Went in for concerns about a tire wear issue, on invoice for the purchase of my tires, it states tire rotation every 7500 miles. They told me every 3000-5000 miles and swore that they would never recommend rotations at 7500 and basically called me a liar. When I showed them the invoice with the 7500 mile rotation interval, they were like oh that's not right even though it is their invoice. They also tried to tell me to keep a mileage warranty on my tires, I had to have the alignment checked twice a year, when my invoice says once a year. Didn't apologize for basically calling me a liar. Will not be going back there for anything. Lesson learned

The communication was great, however I was told the bill was going to be $342 for parts and labor. I added an oil change to the bill and was charged $509. So I was over charged.

We had left our vehicle the night before and they had us fixed up and ready to go by 10:30 the very next day. Brandon was very sweet to tell me what was wrong with the truck and what could happen if I didn’t fix it sooner than later. I don’t want any surprises down the road. Since I don’t have a clue about the workings of a truck he was kind enough to spell it out in terms that I could understand.

I could write a couple paragraphs about my bad experience today but I will spare you. Just say it has to do with poor customer service from Joseph Day and whoever the tattooed guy is (not sure his name). To summarize, they messed up my bill and tried to put it back on me. It was entirely their fault because whoever took my appointment, didn't add any notes. Nor did they look up my purchase history with Telle (tires I just bought). I literally walked out. They can keep the $30 they overcharged me. I'll go back for free tire rotations.
Telle Corporate, these advisors need a shot of enthusiasm and customer service training! Seriously wouldn't want either one of them representing my business.

I was in town for work and noticed a low pressure warning on one of my tires. We’ve had a problem with this tire recently so I was worried! I drove to the nearest tire shop which happened to be Telle Tire. They were so friendly and quick. It was confirmed that I had a rock lodged in the curve of the edge of the tire (they showed me) and since it was not repairable but the leak was slow (and I was due for new tires) they helped me order new tires and put them on first thing the next morning. The price was affordable and cheaper than what we had been planning to do at our local tire shop. I’m so grateful for their quick service especially when I was nearly three hours from my home. I can even get my tires checked and rotate at the Telle tire in my hometown. I was still able to do my job which included driving to surrounding rural areas safely. Thanks again Telle Tire and Joe!

They said tie rods were good in reality both of my front tie rod ends were toasted.expensive and gave me false info.
