Agent very nice and helpful, my Storage experience was exceptional, close to home and clean. I was a bit confused at the locks the combination locks hard to read numerically I could scroll but not read I am old guy, but service overall was great thank you so much

Ease of access, drive-in indoor units make for easy and comfortable access to units in any weather conditions. Staff has always been knowledgeable and courteous during any interaction with this facility. Thank you goes out to Mark this time on a job well done.

The manager I spoke to was very nice he explained everything very well and I do business there I'm going to that's where I'm running from and if I had to do it again I would they seem to be really great people very good person very good personality manager

Clean, everything works, customer service has always been excellent. I like the security knowing only people with a code can access the building.

The purchasing of the unit was very user friendly. Obtaining the codes to the front gate was great and timely. The only issue I had is that the shed didn't have a lock on it, but was able to chat with Lisa who guided me to a different unit to retrieve the lock from there. Overall a very smooth transition.

The facility is dirty. The exit door was wide open. No one answered my phone call on Friday evening. Looks like the drifters on Jefferson City are camping out in the building. The main entrance with the office locks and you have to walk all the way around to enter the building. Needs lots of improvements
