Extremely recommend! Had serendipity that a randomly assigned truck driver came to my dock at work and had the haircut I dreamed of. They spoke highly of this location and the stylist Tiffany. Called in advance for her schedule to ensure availability. The price for an MVP selection was more than reasonable. Treat yourself! Also very inclusive, as a female presenting person wanting a male leaning haircut- I didn't have to defend myself or explain why. Tiff just went ham with excitement and I left beaming with confidence. :)
Stylist: Tiffany (Tiff) was just an absolute JOY to work with. Was very attentive and asked for imput frequently, including recommendations for places to get colour done and to donate the hair I had cut (14 inches worth).

I utilize this place often due to convenience and habit. My last cut was with a pregnant lady who literally spent the entire time (cut and wash) bad mouthing her previous "best friend" who was a prior store employee. Dude, I just wanted a haircut. I suppose I could've asked her to stop talking about it, but that seemed unwise in the moment. Today, I booked online. I got the text that my stylist was ready in 15 minutes. I arrived to see that my time was changed because someone called in and the staff who took the call added the two brothers in front of my time. Must've been a family friend, but greatly extended my wait time in the store. Maybe the other locations are a bit more professional?
The picture shows my first 15 minute notice and then the second notice after the schedule got changed. ??♂️

This place has completely gone downhill since my lady left. I scheduled a time online, but when I got there my name was not on the board. In fact, there were no names on the board. There was nobody in the waiting area except for a mom waiting for one of the kids to get done. I got there 45 minutes before they closed and they said sorry they couldn't take me if I wasn't online booked. With two people working they had more than enough time to get me in. So I went next door to get a sandwich and got back in my car and during that time a person walked in at 6:41 and the same lady that said they couldn't do any more haircuts got him in. I find this to be very discriminatory and extremely unprofessional. Maybe customer service isn't her field of expertise. There are plenty of places that offer Great haircuts around town and sports clips just lost my business and including all the people I know.

Torrie was eeexxxcellleent. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thicker than a bowl of oatmeal....the fade she did was just a bonus. Got dwan! I'll be a repeat customer for life ? !!!

Super slow service and the stylist randomly disappear. They couldn't get the co.puter to work to 3 of them spent 20 minutes standing at the front. I arrived with a 5 minute wait a d ended up waiting 45 minutes for a haircut.

It's always a great place for me to get my hair cut. Desi is my absolute favorite! Just remember to check in online it's much easier and faster!

I told her I wanted a little length off my beard to make it look near. She put a guard on and buzzed my beard off. I could do that at home. I look terrible and it will take months to fix. I've never been so upset at a haircut in my life. I'm a grown construction worker and I'm genuinely upset. I feel ugly.

Great service & hair products but the price of $56 which included tip was way too high for just a buzz cut. Maybe just a once a year visit.
