I do not recommend this store to anyone since I am going to tell you a little about my experience. One month ago I went shopping for an internet box and they sold it to me damaged. After a month of having the device stop working and I went to the store and the option What they gave me was. I bought another device that didn't make sense to me because I just paid $90 for the box and when I was explaining it to the person in the store he laughed at me and I took that as a lack of respect for Asia and I went on to comment. a little bit of my ugly experience in that store so that you don't go through the same thing since in this country they don't give money to anyone

He has no kindness or charisma to tend,

If you don't have charisma for customer service, look for someone who wants to do your job.

Guy from this store called me, I actually work for a different carrier. I gave the customer my work number so I could help him out if he needed help. He called me on my work number and requested a number transfer pin and account number from me. Customer service has to talk to the customer directly to get that information th (to prevent fraud), I literally cannot get that information for customers. The rep had the audacity to call me "lazy". I told him he had to help the customer get the information, since I am not customer service. Customers left this location and came back to me. I was able to get him taken care of, I get account numbers and transfer pins for customers all the time. We taken the headache out of it for the customers. You guys are lazy, you can't deliver the customer service? We also provide superior service. Come to the verizon up the street, if these lazy bozos won't help you. I will go above and beyond for you.
