KC Auto Solutions is wonderful! They recently diagnosed and solved a problem with my VW's "check engine" light. Their service is fair, precise, and well - speedy! And they treat you like family. I will be bringing my cars here for repair moving forward - always. Thanks so much!!

Great place. Great people. The owner is a good person!! I have nothing but praise for KC Auto Solutins. The mechanics were awesome. It is a good feeling when you actually find a business that has great customer service, takes responsibility for their work, and are a joy to do business with. In todays world this kind of service just doesn't happen anywhere in any kind of business. They really make you feel like you are a paying customer who they care about. 5 stars!!!!!

Just passing thru town and my AC started giving me problems. The people at KC Auto Solutions were very pleasant, courteous and understanding of my problem. They explained all charges up front and stayed within their estimate. Enjoyed the staff.

We paid $270 for a half pound of Freon and a cabin air filter. $110 for an air filter??Wednesday may 22nd i made an appointment for my mom to have our AC checked and Freon recharged. Lady on the phone quoted us $150 for a recharge and a leak test with the dye. They performed the test, no leak. They put a half pound of Freon in, and changed the cabin air filter. They added an additional $15 for the freon and $110 for a cabin air filter. My mom doesn’t know anything about cars and she wants to trust that a shop won’t take advantage of her lack of knowledge. They did just that. When we went to pick up our vehicle I spoke to the counter lady who denied telling us the Freon was included, I then spoke to the shop tech who told us that a cabin air filter change was 30 minutes labor which came out to $68 labor time, plus 40 for an air filter. Let’s be real, this is a 5 minute job and $110 is outrageous. They did not try and make it right, they basically told us it is what it is. With 4.9 stars and 250 reviews I thought this would be a decent shop. Guess I was wrong.
