My grandmother went to get her dog and showed up 20 minutes earlier then what she was supposed to and the lady said "you're lucky your getting your dog back" then proceeded to say she had to stop grooming another dog just to go and get hers. The poor dog had been there since 7:30am and it was almost 2pm which was pick up time. This lady was completely rude and unprofessional with her attitude and she will not go back there again.

My shih Tzu got the worst cut she has ever had.....it looked like she fell into the blades of a lawnmower, uneven, chunks of hair missing to the skin, and she was traumatized when I picked her up. Going back to barkingham Palace.

Great people. I walked in for a nail trimming and to clean my pups ears out. I was in and out in 10 mins and my dog feels a lot better. He isn't shaking his head or biting on his nails. Thank you Doggie's Corner.
