We love Casey's pizza but the pizza I picked up at the Holts Summit store yesterday evening was really bad! So first I guess you don't have a cheeseburger pizza any more so they sold me a beef pizza. When I got home it was way overcooked. Crust was black and the pizza was curling up on the edges! That's how overcooked it was . The beef was just clumps scattered here and there. Worst pizza ever! We usually get our pizzas from the store in Wardsville and they are always good. I have heard a lot of bad about the Holts Summit store and now I see why! I may never eat another Casey's pizza, don't like wasting my hard earned money!

Do not use this facility !! Unprofessional and very unorganized... i was in town ordered cheese pizza that was supposed to be $10 on monday and tuesday.. when i got there my pizza was already cooked sitting there not cut getting cold.. i stood and waited for ten minutes for help.. finally got my pizza.. went to get fountain soda it was out.. i was rang up at cash register and she rang my pizza up was 16 not 10 i asked them to fix it as it was supposed to be 10.. she did not.. so i followed up with a manager today.. and she told me she couldnt fix it.. well why not you overcharged me!!!! I have heard nothing but bad about this location but i figured id try because i was in area.. Now i know not to go back and i will never give them my business. As a manager and as a person you need to do better !!!

Well i went in and got a slice of breakfast pizza and a fountain drink went to the counter and one of the attendants were complaining about a worker that they didn’t like and how that person has bin a thorn in there side sense they started working there and I paid for my gas and pizza and drink after I left I took 2 bites of my breakfast pizza and I went to take another one and there was this White kinda straight Hair Sticking out the middle of it I got so nauseas I had to pull over and throw up so if you could please teach them to wear hair nets that be great and I’m sorry I prolly won’t be back to buy another slice of pizza unless I see them wearing hair nets I’m sorry but that was just gross!!!

Poor attitude, poor service, and very poor food options. Pizza carousel had pizza that was “good until” 2 hours prior our visit. When i mentioned it to the cashier, her response was “doesn’t matter, I still have to ring it up…”. She was more worried about counting and dividing the donuts between herself and the kitchen staff than actual customer service or anything remotely polite.

I was at holts summit store Tuesday to turn in the tickets. One was a lotto one was mega millions and one was power ball. The clerk gave me back 5 dollars in tickets. I was Ill and didn’t realize until I got home that one ticket was worth $29 dollars. I don’t remember what the other two won. Sad that the store clerk kept the money. I will not be using your store again. it’s too bad you have a thief for a store clerk as I really liked your store and gas.

I ordered a pizza over 1 hour and 30 minutes ago. I came in and they tell me it’s just getting made. It is beyond disrespectful to tell me to pick up at 8pm and I show up at 8:25 and the pizza is just being put together.They didn’t even ask me if I still wanted it just said yea gotta wait 15 more minutes. Very rude experience. Worst Casey’s for sure.

Pizza slices and or whole pizzas can be purchased...Good pizza, Casey's kettle chips. Good size Casey's in Holts summit. We always over buy when the bear claws are available.

TERRIBLE!! People in the kitchen are rude! Super long wait for pizzas. Lady was also running her mouth about making the pizzas to her other coworkers. Just a terrible experience over all. Do not recommend!!

The best hot coffee, actually the best way to start your day before driving on the freeway, Casey’s. The hot coffee is the best, Hershey’s chocolate, fresh hot pizza with sausage and gravy, biscuits, bacon burritos. Combine that with donuts for your friends and family. Casey’s has everything you need before a day’s work.

Whoever is making the pizza here now (December 2022) is making them perfectly. I used to get so much cheese it would fall off the crust but now it’s perfect. Ordered twice this week because it was so good.

This would be the best gas staion if they could get better staffing. No one is ever outright rude but some don't seem to enjoy being there and almost act as if it is an inconvenience to wait on you. The pizza is great but oftentimes you have a long wait. If you want a receipt at the pump, good luck. Very seldom do they print and you have to go in and wait in line for one to be printed.
