I love working with Sapaugh’s Service Department and the lead Dave Walker. They are always so caring about you and your car, and will always be upfront about everything, unlike other places I have brought my car. If you are looking for a shop that will treat you, and your car, with respect and kindness, then this is the place to go. Always have availabilities, and when you are waiting June will always take care of you.

I brought in my truck for the rear view camera service and left with no satellite radio service. I was promised a call back before the end of the day and here we are 3 days later and no call. Terrible service

As usual my experience with Sapaugh was great . I needed tire air adjusted and washer refilled, pulled in and everything was taken care of fast. I must stress how polite and professional everyone was. Very much appreciated!!!!

Came here because they were highly recommended by family. Will never use them again . They have horrible follow through and don’t even clean up after service. Additionally the work they did was not correct… Had to take elsewhere for service to be corrected. Also Car Bravo warranty is a joke. They claim to have affiliated service centers at all of the local dealerships, but nobody that we called even knew what the program was.

They got us in within a couple days of calling about issue. And it was covered under the warranty so cost didn't come out of pocket.

I recently took our vehicle to Sapaugh GM Country in Herculaneum, MO for a routine checkup and oil change, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The work was completed promptly and exceeded my expectations, which is consistently the case here. The customer service was warm and attentive throughout the entire process. I also want to give special recognition to Rich Konold in new vehicle sales. His post-sale customer service is exceptional—he truly goes the extra mile. Rich exemplifies top-tier salesmanship and sets a high standard for customer care.

I Just have to take a minute to tell everyone how great this Service Department and Conan Thomas is! From the moment I pulled into the service drive I felt welcomed and appreciated. Conan was warm and friendly, always smiling and knew me by name! What a personal experience this was!! He went out of his way to help me make informed decisions about my vehicle, I never felt pressure or like he was trying to sell me on things I didn't need. He even made sure to give me an estimate for future repairs/services so I could budget accordingly. Let's be honest, he helped me spend my money on the right things at the right time! He has earned my unwavering trust and will continue to let everyone know how great Sapaugh and Conan Thomas are! Thanks again guys!!
