I don't believe this place is still in biz.. I went there around noon recently & it looked deserted. Phone# not in service. There was even a homeless person sleeping outside the door.

I literally paid for my furniture 13 months ago still till this day haven't gotten my furniture got denied refund because my furniture was in layaway for more than 10 days even tho its been over a year its been paif off and still no furniture now i have to spend store credit on things i dont even want corporate is useless their not responding to anyone THEIR ACTUALLY IN BANKRUPTCY AND STORES ARE CLOSING I was told to come to the store on Sunday to use store credit and their not even open and be careful of good reviews their worker reviews thats why those are the only ones being repsoned too please don't shop here they care nothing for you and charging restocking for items that you never received is just a slap in the face ive been waiting since April 2021 for answers don't put your self in a bad situation financially dealing with this place

Waited nearly 3 months for my mattress, after 3 visits to store and 2 calls stating mattress ready for pickup. I will never return or recommend anyone use home décor

0 Stars horrible been waiting for sofa bed since last year,, march 7th no refund no explanation..put on the run around about my refund after so long,, and decided to get a store credit,, for another couch for 400$ something mind u they still owe me money for my subtotal..which was almost 900$ they had the nerve to still make me come out of pocket,, for a delivery fee,, never ever,, shopping there again.

Absolutely horrible! Will never do business with them again. Paid for my stuff out right and it’s almost 2 months still no items. When i was told when i purchased that it was going to only be a few days. Then, their communication was horrible nobody ever updated me unless I called them. Every time I would call they would say they would call me back and never would. I still didn’t even get my mattress I was sold another one where I had to pay MORE money just to get it. Also didn’t do the common courtesy of paying for the delivery fee for all of my troubles. Everybody does not deserve a business.

Financed a living room set with them back in 2018. They over charged me through their finance company and threatened to take the furniture every time the bill was due. Someone else sued them for overpayment and apparently won. Come to find out, they owed a lot of ppl money. I got a portion of the settlement from that. I won’t be coming back no time soon.
