Expensive to get a tire repaired. Cost me 15 to 20 in moberly mo area cost 30 and took 45 minutes there.

Took my car in to have a front end alignment. The gentleman looked at the car and told me I needed new tie rods. He said that the passenger side was so bad the wheel was about to fall off. Next, he informed me that it would be very dangerous to drive and I should leave it at the shop until the parts came in and he can get it fixed. After telling him that I was not leaving the car, he charged me $50 for looking at the car. I took the car to 2 other auto shops and both mechanics said the tie rods were fine. When I returned to LeBlanc's to get a refund, I was told that both other highly recommended auto shops were wrong and he would not refund any money. I felt like he had tried to bully me into paying him to fix something that wasn't even broken. And when that didn't work, he charged me $50 and tried to justify it and continued to stick to his story. I wonder if he would have pulled that stunt on a man, or how many other people he has done this to.

Best tire shop in town.. Louis has gone above and beyond to make sure me and my family have been taken care of. Even came to us last minute in an emergency situation.. I highly reccomend this place ???

You don’t have to lie buddy I was as nice as I could be I’ve never even left a review like this but before I could I even ask you if you knew anywhere else I could get air you hung up the phone in my face it’s not even a good defense saying I could of went to a gas station if you were a good mechanic you would know how tricky it is to get air with a regular air hose at a gas station you were very unprofessional and I hope your ratings keep dropping

came here about a month ago before i moved. i could not reccomend a better tire place. they got me on four great preowned tires for the price of 2 elsewhere and they have a very healthy amount of tread and i was asked questions and felt welcomed. really couldnt be more thankful for my service i received.

Seldom do I leave a review like this but I am floored. Today I drove two hours over to Hannibal to have some mechanical work done. While my car was at the shop they told me I had to get two new tires today before driving back. I called all over town and it seemed no one had the tires I needed in stock. I got ahold of this shop and they told me they had them. When I initially heard the price for two tires I was a little shocked (I’m someone who normally buys at Walmart), but they took the time to nicely explain why the price was where it was. So we went ahead. After doing the initial work some issues arose with my car (not their fault) but when I called about them they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. The man there (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name) stayed late and ensured I had safe tires to drive home on. In todays world you very rarely see a business with such integrity and such great customer service. They’ve earned my business and I highly recommend you give them the chance to earn yours too. Thank you guys!

My trailer had a nail go into one of the tires, thus going flat. I stopped here with no prior coordination close to their closing time. The lady at the desk and the workers said they could squeeze me in with no hesitation. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and most of all, professional. Thank you again so much for getting me back on the road!

Went in to get my ac fixed and left with my air blowing hotter then b4 and the car is smoking now
