Great customer service! I made a mistake with my order and they helped me fix it in the best possible way. I couldn't believe how quickly I got my replacement items and the bullets were very securely taped and shrink-wrapped. And they ship to Alaska (no powder; no primers; no primed cases). I was very happy.

Been using these guys for a couple years and usually very reliable. This time I haven't received my package, no response to phone calls or several emails. Hopefully they will see this review and correct it.They did get back to me and corrected order
