Big open space, lots of rig and bar space. Plenty of equipment that is all in great shape. Friendly community with people of all fitness levels! Coaching staff is very helpful as well.

I was in KC for one week and found this box in the neighbourhood where I was living so I joined NKC for three drop-ins. Friendly and helpful staff and welcoming community. Each workout I did had another focus, so it never got boring. I'd be glad to join you again!
